Thanks for taking bullets for us. I used to like the Rio, but as you mentioned in another video it seems Ceaser's is waiting on a buyer for the Rio. At least it's walking distance to the Palms and Goldcoast. Plus a few mom and pop places.
Wonder if the shrimp cherng fun was reheated from day before. Many places don't throw out heated dim sum. Question about the Siu Mai, was it just pork filling or had diced shrimp and shitake mushrooms too? Here our Siu Mai has it like that which I enjoy
Those dimsum look good to me. I've eaten some not so good dimsum in Vegas, I just dip them in chili oil or soy sauce and they will be good. I don't need oily har gao or siumai , keep dipping to the sauce and imagine a tasty meal. By the way, the price are cheaper than other places and they look busy even after 1 pm. 👌
Neat editing trick = video drinking tea at the restaurant to drinking water inside the hotel room. Your Cantonese is not bad describing the "strange" taste. Well done!
Luv your channel. Next time u in Vegas I would like to see u review Chengdu Taste. Their restaurant in L.A. was named best in the city but I haven't seen anything on UA-cam about the Vegas location. If u into authentic Szechuan give this place a try and let us know what u think.
A good assumption on what happened with your shrimp dish. Never had that happen to me when eating dim sum but there is always a first. Not a bad place except for that dish.
Last week I live in RIO didn’t try dim sum here because is expensive…… but however one thing got me shock the push cart dim sum. Which no longer happen in Canada Damn I should dine in take a picture
Danny, I am always curious if you are a ABC with parents from Hong Kong ? Or you immigrated to US from Hong Kong when you were very young ? Only Hong Kong people use the phrase "suk suk day" to describe rotten food
Danny, we went to a local seafood buffet on lobster night. It was comedic! They'd bring the lobsters out (cut in half) on a cart, the line wrapped around the rest of the buffet and the woman pushing the cart had a trail of people behind her. Do the math...not even those in line got one so they had to wait. There's a sign giving people 100 minutes to eat. Long story short, you either ate their regular fare or played musical chairs to get lobster. 😂😂😂
We've decided their yelp page is not the same as the experience. A UA-cam blogger was there and he didn't show what we went through. 🤔 I don't want to mention publicly...do you have email?
Hi, youtube's software makes it that replies to comments dont make it to the list to view, so either it takes me forever to get to it or I might ever even see it unless I have hours to dive deep.. which I happen to be doing today! ..... I now have emails in my descripton~
I like that you're going back to give the restaurant another try and see what you think after that. That's a fair way to review the place.
Love your personality! Thanks for review on this restaurant...
You are so welcome!
Do t assume it’s tap water Danny!! I’m just kidding 😂 another great video as always. Looking forward to Part 2
Will the rice wrap have a smell and easily to detect?
I love the way he chews and mulls it over
As per normal, outstanding review !

Rio already sold to Hyatt, but Cesar will operate the property through 2023

You made me hungry, hahaha!
Most restaurants charge a dollar or 2 now for tea in sf anyway

I will add that to my list. Thank you! dtm5
Those are my four favorite dim sum dishes to order. Good to know that their food is ok, as I have Caesars rewards credits to use.
It is not a caesars owned restaurant
@@dannythemedic Thanks. In that case, I'll go to Gold Coast and The Palms for dim sum.
