- A full day on the trails with my buddy Mike in his Toyota, a Samurai, and a 4 Runner! The Toyota is a 1986 SR5 with a 3 link SAS. I couldn't begin to list all the upgrades on the Samurai, and the 4 runner is pretty much stock to my knowledge.

good video....done sb
Camera never does it justice but from wheeling and watching vids I can tell that hill is gnarly.
You're right, the camera never does it justice!
I dont drink anymore, but I was a pro one handed offroad driver.
Is it a TG 3 link kit?
Sick flex on that Suzuki
I have a 2003 gmc sierra 2500hd with the 8.1 vortec and allison transmission crew cab short bed ..... building a SAS overland vehicle it's going to happen in stages but it's going to hopefully be completed by summer 2019 would love to link up and explore .. off road fun isn't allowed on long island NY... big trouble you get caught with anything with a motor off road .... fortunately my truck will double as my camper / tow rig for more toys with that big block under the hood .....
Cool video.its always nice to have friends that seem to get along like that. God bless and keep up the good work.
What have you guys got against seat belts? Especially in the Sammy. If that rolls over bodies are flying
Great job in the ifs rig at the 12:00 mark
How long are the lower links on the front ? 41”?
10:50. two stroke
Fuck yea !!!! Got it thank you wild bill I'll be sure to sub and spread the good word
I built that sami buggy about 10 years ago.
Really? It's badass man!
@@WILDBILL was the first one I ever built. Where is it now

Nice rigs guys! The truck and the Samurai were OP as can be through those tough areas... Did the stock 4runner do all the same tracks as the other two?!?! If so, toys rock 8)
Btw sweet skills and rad rigs
Did the pick up come with the moon roof? Nevermind I just saw your shifter lol
It sure did, the body is mostly stock
@@WILDBILL what year is your pickup? I have a 94 Dlx
@@desertspectre2881 It's not actually my truck, but I believe it's an 87. If you're on Instagram, the owners name is Yotabays
Hay guys and gals, why mess with the snake ? it was"nt messing with you.have fun.
I just like them 😁
Nice! how is the Toyota on the road?
About as good as you would expect I guess, the tires give off a good bit of vibration and the suspension is soft so you lean a lot, but it's pretty damn good over all.
On those 3 Link SAS, is that some special shock absorber where it provides the lift as well? I don't see coilovers (or coil springs).
Fox air shocks. No spring
@@PoorManGarage oops, I mistakenly typed 2 instead of 3 (3 link). I never knew they make systems like that where the air shocks provide the lift as well as the absorption. I would hate to see the price tag on one of those.
@@stanwardoshiro WAY cheaper than coil-overs. I think fox 2.0s are more than enough to hold a light rig like a Sammi or yota is about $250 each.
@@southernoffroad2016 wow! I never knew of such a thing! I just completed my 3-link on my Frontier and used Jeep springs and Bilstein shocks. Would’ve been cheaper to go with those you mentioned.
Air your tires down
My god. Your not living until you get a 4link. Lol
How much lift and tire size on the pickup?
Trail Gear Three Link kit with Fox Air Shocks. 85 front axle with 5.29 gears, chromoly Dirty 30 axles, chromoly hub gears, Lock Rite locker, Axle gussets and truss. Dual transfer case with twin stick. Trail Gear 5'' Classic rear lift. Rear axle has disk brakes and Detroit locker. Maxxis Creepie Crawler 37x12.50x16.

This is an older video of the build.
where is this at?
Durhamtown off-road park in Georgia 😁
Don't know what's worse the horrible music or the bald tires on your rigs.
Nick Osterbaan I would say the music. It's pretty bad. It's tough trying to find good music that is copyright free. The tires worked fine all day, so yea, music.
Nick Osterbaan you must have the most amazing rig with everything brand new 😂
@@KawaBays330 Bet he is an overlander.
