I also find myself doing the route programming in these Garmin Avionics by hand. The UI is just so satisfying that I feel like miss out when I import the route.
When I was learning to fly with a youth club I was always told "If you can see a plane moving, you probably wont crash. Its the ones that don't look like they are moving where you are sharing a similar course, and those are harder to spot"

Cool video for more reasons than one, for me. I got to visit the lovely town of Kiel a few years back. I had friends living there, so I visited them and then set the city as the starting point for a long (5,000-km) road trip across Europe. That was a flawless, perfect trip that I'll never forget.
The video is pretty informative, with plenty of details on what is involved in flying this little jet.

Thank you for this - such a neat plane. FYI there’s a little ‘hidden’ clickspot underneath the throttle quadrants which, when clicked, moves them into the flight idle position on engine start (without you have to slide it manually). This includes the reverse too - ie moving them into the idle cut off position

I'm not sure there were any updates to the autothrottle this time, but the charts and altitude callouts are awesome to be back.

Think u need to use Load Manager in plane (not sim) and do W&Bal initialization before loading TO Vspeeds.

Love your videos. Question: if you are late on the descent, instead of steeper descent angle, would longer downwind given enough airspace and no terrain issues be a better method to reach target altitude for an approach?
It would be a less fuel efficient, but more passenger friendly method for sure.
Why did the auto throttle is pressed during take off the toga button is armed only?
I can't add any fuel to the tanks in the Hondajet420. Any idea what can be wrong? Am I overlooking something? Tks for the reactions

I loaded up my hondajet for a flight just now and suddenly both my touchscreen pads are connected. I do the initialization on the left one and the right one just mirrors it. Never had this issue last flight. Is there a setting or something I'm missing?

Hi, it's been a while since I flew the Hondajet, I'd recommend you to check their Discord to get some accurate answers. I do seem to recall there was an option somewhere which you could change to swap between the cruise control and the full A/T. Best ask in their discord.
Hi Emi, hope your typerating is going well. The one question I have about the hondajet now is: is it worth getting the hondajet now that we have the citation longitude? Since that uses the same avionics if I'm not mistaking? Therefore, operating it would be almost identical I suppose?
Hi Erik, I would say yes. Avionics are similar, but so are for example 737 and 777 avionics, yet you'll still get it, right?
It's a fun plane to fly, I'd give it a try. And ultimately it's not that expensive so if you don't like it you won't loose too much money.

It's regarding the 737, when losing hydraulic system B it loses the normal braking right and the system A is supposed to supply us with alternate brakes. Is there a switch to use alternate braking like the alternate nose steering in case of System A failure or is it automatically done by the hydraulic system? And if so at what brake pressure will the alternate brake system kick in?
Hi, it's automatically done by the system. I can't tell you the exact pressure at which the alternate brake system will kick in, that's a question for engineers, not for pilots ;-)

Hi Emanuel, thanks for your excellent tutorials. I`m using the Hondajet V2 too, bought at the marketplace and i am wondering that my g 3000 screens are not working independent. When i click Fpl it opens on both screens and i am also not able to switch something to the left PFD. Any Idea what is wrong inside my Hondajet? Thanks for any help by anybody
It's probably fixed by now but updates through the marketplace occur later than when you buy directly. If you are able, it usually is a good idea to buy direct for this reason.
In case someone else sees it. It's the livery you selected - the Lite version mirrors the PFDs, the others have them work independently.
Is there a hot key that can be set for ticking off checklist items?
Yes there is. I don't remember by heart which one it is, but it's in the manuals.
Really been considering this plane. Fly the Longitude quite a bit, and also have the Vision Jet. So do you think this Hjet is worth adding?
Yes I think I prefer the vision jet but the HJET is cool

Yeah, thought the same. The A-pillar is pretty wide and obstructing the outside view IMO. I think it is even worse in the Phenom 100

Hi, what do you mean with "seperate the two Garmin"? They should be seperate units by default at all times.
I've understood now, there are two models of plane, the first is easy and the other is normal. In the first kind you can't manage the two Garmin differently and if you push a button in one of two also the other does the same thing. Thank you for you reply.

Thanks for the nice and good vid. I like flying the little bizz jet to the minor Airports in VATSIM. It's fine, that for a few months there is more and more ATC in Germany, like EDHL,EDLP or EDDG etc.Therefore, the HJet is very fine. I also like the Vision Jet. Do a vid for this one, please. By the way, I like your channel very much.
If only you had realistic atc to go with it, the video would be perfect.
I really wish there was a good ATC addon available, but there simply isn't.

@@blackburn1828 That's not going to be good, considering that at first it will not control the traffic. But maybe in the future.
Problem solved
GTC modeling is wrong. It’s way too small compared to actual. GTC dials should be larger also. I wish the developers would fix this.
In a desktop flightsim you can't display everything in true scale. You have to make compromises.
@@FTStratLPthat is simply not true. In VR it can be displayed to scale and on PC Desktop. Many other aircraft cockpits are scaled and proportioned properly. The modeling is wrong.
