Lesrijtuig = Teachtrain, so that drivers can learn how to drive a that type of metro.
Also Niet Instappen translates to No Boarding, or Do not get in.

because sometimes when I load in a route, the train just accelerates itself and shuts doors itself

None of these work for me, I have a keyboard and I press Control and F4 and nothing happens and I can't open the doors.

South Western Trainspotter & Buses depending on the type of keyboard your computer has you may also have to press Fn for the F4 function. It should be by the left control key

But the F4 function is to start up the train. Then the delete and home or insert buttons control doors

SimGaming sometimes to turn on the train may take awhile but keep hold of CTRL+F4 then the > to accelerate

SimGaming for explore mode you need to set the route because the ATS system will stop the train from proceeding because a route hasn't been set. For activity mode you need to wait until you get a green speed limit number. if it's orange the train will stop after a few seconds
