The ALL NEW and IMPROVED Shark Demon 2.0 Road Glide Performance Headlight by Custom Dynamics. This bad boy is the BRIGHTEST LED Headlight I have every experienced. Check out the full video to get all the details on what has been upgraded, the installation process and make sure to watch until the end to see on the road, at night, comparison between the Harley Daymaker and the Shark Demon 2. You will be amazed! Thanks for watching, commenting, sharing and subscribing. Thanks Darrell for watching and commenting. These are super bright for sure. Yes the spacer is a nice available option as well. Thanks for your continued support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Thanks for watching and commenting. It's super bright for sure. It's very impressive with all the Custom Dynamics quality and still DOT compliant. 👊👍✌️
Hogworks just came out with their headlights… would love to see if you can do a video with their product on a roadglide! Would love to see who is brighter, Custom dynamics or hogworks??😅
Thanks for watching and commenting. I have seen that Hogworkz has introduced a similar headlight. I have not personally seen them yet. Often reading the specs will give you a good indication as to brightness...look at lumens and color. At least on paper that will give you a good indicator. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👍
Thanks Stewart for watching and sharing your thoughts on the Shark Demon 2. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Thanks for watching. I did a video on how to build them. I will attach the link to the video below. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👍 ua-cam.com/video/Sh7Am1lKFS4/v-deo.html
I'm on the fence for getting these. From the video it appears the stock light provides more of a softer spotlight pattern while the SD2 appears to have "horizontal lines" and inconsistent center pattern. Is this just due to not being adjusted properly or the way the video picked it up? I would like to have a flat interrupted pattern since going in turns those horizontal lines become very distracting, especially in the mountains. TY in advance.
Thanks for watching. The headlight does have the lines as you mentioned, as compared to the stock headlight. The stock headlight is a reflective style vs. A projector style headlight. Therefore it throws a broader span of light but it is not as bright due to the spread of the beam. The Shark Demon has projector style on low beam and reflective on the high beam. I hope that helps. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. I do not recall that I showed the daymaker high beam in the video. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. Unfortunately I don't have any amp installed at the moment so I didn't install the amp spacers. I'm sure if you have any challenges figuring it out you can call Custom Dynamics and they will walk you through it. Thanks for your continued support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
@CodyMcDonald89 Thanks for watching and commenting. If you have the Stock headlight...the Shark Demon will be much brighter. If you look at the lumens alone on both...you will be shocked at how much more output the Shark Demon puts out as compared to stock HD headlights...it's really no comparison. Another option is the Custom Dynamics Adaptive LED headlight. I also did a video on it comparing to the stock HD led daymaker and adaptive headlight on the CVO. Again big increase in lumen out put on the Custom Dynamics and the color temp is very white light giving a much brighter view. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Thanks for watching and commenting. Custom Dynamics is constantly developing new products for the new bikes. Stay tunes and keep check the Custom Dynamics website. 👍👊✌️
Thanks for watching and commenting. The Shark Demon 1 is no longer available. The Shark Demon 2 is the next generation in the Shark Demon line. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
I just installed these last week, but the first bracket you mounted looks a lot different than mine...mine covered up more of the open space behind the lights. More of a "X" patteren or shape. Any idea why? I must've received the first version. I had to contact CD to get the speed nuts for the vent lights as well. :(
Thanks for watching and commenting. The lights in this video are version 2. The brackets are different as well as a few other things. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
Did any of you have an issue lining up the lower bolt on the bracket that the lights attach too? Mine are definitely not lining up!! Any help or recommendations appreciated. Also the vent lights don’t seem to fit. And instructions are all with stock headlight.
Thanks for watching and commenting. As I covered in the video. You need to keep the the first bracket a bit loose until you get the headlight bracket to line up with the bottom bolt hole. If you do that and put the the bolt in the light bracket at the bottom before tightening UT all down, everything will line up just fine. It's definitely a tight fit but if you do as I discussed in the video, you will get it lined up. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Thank you for the reply, so just to be clear as i am a visual person, when you said leave the bracket loose you are referring to the initial bracket that you put on, provided by Custom Dynamics? leave that loose? it appears it will be somewhat difficult to tighten that after the fact, but i will give that a shot. Second question you mentioned an "adapter for the turn signal/vent screens, is that just those "speed nuts"? and then there is a slight gap between the vent screen and the vents so they do not sit flush in the vent? that is what i think i see on the video but wanted to confirm. The instructions provided are only pictures of these mounted to a stock headlight. Honestly love the product but their (custom Dynamics) instructions are severely lacking for the $$. thanks again. green video (by far the most detailed i saw on UA-cam for this product.....TY)
@ECR.Jack62 Yes loosen the first bracket and slide it down just a bit. Then when you put the bracket with the lights in them on, put the bolt through the bottom so you know everything will line up and tighten them down. The slip the final cover on and bolt it down.
When I connect my headlights, I get a whining noise. I know it’s the headlights because when I unplug the headlights from “y” harness, it goes away. Any ideas?
Thanks for watching and commenting. I'm not familiar with that particular headlight. My caution would be to check if it's DOT approved. The Shark Demon headlights are the brightest that they can be while still being DOT compliant. Many of the others are not DOT compliant and draw more amperage than the bikes can handle over the long term.
I know for a fact that the Baja lights are not compliant or not DOT…. And as far as the Denali destroyers…. not sure on those yet either but there’s a video out there on it. I think it just came out.
I installed mine and I had the same issue with the instructions, garbage. I would have like to see more of the actual headlights being installed. I had some difficulty placing them by myself, I think it would be wise to have a second pair of hands to assist.
Thanks for watching and commenting. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍

Thanks for watching and commenting. I have not had that issue nor have I heard of it. I'd suggest giving Custom Dynamics a call. They are great at diagnosing any issues. Thanks for watching and commenting. Custom Dynamics is working on upgraded headlights for the 2024s. The challenge is the integrated turn signals. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Good eye. They did change the configuration but increased effective lumens pretty significantly. Thanks for checking out this week's video. Ride safe and enjoy. ✌️👍👊
I agree with the previous user the install instructions kind of suck and honestly, as much as they put into it, they should put some sort of bracket or keyway or an alignment tool to figure out the adjustment much easier than just putting it in putting it all back together and then testing it out because it’s terrible to adjust them after everything is installed
Thanks for watching and commenting. Your point is well taken and that is the reason I out out these type of how to videos. As you may have seen, I covered getting the alignment correct in the video. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👍👊✌️
I do have Custom Dynamics fog lamps on the bike. I do have a video on installing those as well. I recently switched out the lenses from white to yellow to give better visibility in fog conditions. You can find that video in the Custom Dynamics playlist.
You definitely see it when riding with them. I did my best to compare to stock but it's often difficult to get the camera to show the difference. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Dude that's unbelievable, are there any original harley parts left on that bike? It's non stop $$$$$$$$$$. Any thanks for the video. Disgraceful Harley-Davidson.
Just got them installed, the instructions that came with them weren't good, without your video, it would have taken me 2 days to install, thank you!!

That shark demon highbeam is extremely bright. It's so important to have bright headlights.
Thanks for checking out this week's video. I appreciate your support brother ✌️👍👊
Wish you or someone would show how to install these lites with the AMP PLATE. I just got mine today 28 october 2024

@HDVIBE yeah left s vm , email to custom dynamics this evening. Bet they don't call or reply.
They will call back. Their customer service is top notch. If you call during business hours they answer immediately.
how bright is the shark demon for the street glide? i have a 21 ultra with led stock lights and wondering if the money is worth going this route

huge difference
