Yo dude, Quick tip when editing in Sony Vegas and speeding up footage, i had this problem for a real long time. It looks 'ghosted' if you know what I mean? To get past this you right click on the clip, go to Switches and click DISABLE RESAMPLE. This means your frames will all be clear as they should be. (Unless this was the effect you were going for) Hope this could help!
