Hey bro, awesome vid!! That trev wasn't actually a GT, GT's don't live in the Americas, these are called Jack Crevalle. They are still a "trevally" but they are extremely common in tropical America and unlike Australia trevallies Jack Crevalle can't be eaten due to their extremely oily flesh, so people use them as bait or a bit of good catch and release fun! You'll be surprised where you catch them haha, and if you ever go casting around the canals expect some absolute monsters, they aren't called "canal tuna" for nothing 😂. Sick lil sesh man, keen as to see more!🙏
