The only thing you've highlighted there is junk foods that almost everyone is aware of. You left out the ones nobody thinks about, vegan 'no meat no dairy' products are nearly ALL UPFs. Ready made health bars, coleslaw, potato salad, dips, sauces, ketchup, milkshakes, fruit juices made from concentrate, pasta sauces, curry sauces, tinned fish in sauces, ready meals, zero calorie drinks...... the list is endless. Check the ingredients on a product, stabilisers, emulsifiers, artificial sweeteners are all linked to bad health problems. If you dont know what's in it dont eat it. ALSO.... THERE IS NO EVIDENCE SUGAR IS BAD FOR YOU. DO YOUR RESEARCH PROPERLY BEFORE PUSHING OUT IMPORTANT MESSAGES
