I know grogu chooses to become a mandalorian over being a Jedi but I still hope he gets a lightsaber when the movie comes out

Mandalore the Ultimate turned Mandalore(the planet) into a haven for foundlings and refugees, pioneering a culture based around protecting those who can't defend themselves, and stopping anyone deemed to be oppressors from ruling where they had no right to. Also, Mandalorians created Bescar, one of the most useful and durable alloys in existence, eventually deeming it sacred and only allowing a select few to make it, but by the time of the clone wars, nobody actually knew how to make it anymore, just melt and shape it. Pre Vizsla was the one to turn mandalore into the militant soceity we often see onscreen, but for the majority of their history, they were protectors and conquerors, not criminals and assassins
