1. When you state "Large size" bedrooms, Dining etc. why don't you state the Dimensions of each room? 2. You are emphasising on VRV/VRF. This is an old concept and proves to be very costly to repair when out of order. 3. Is this MIVAN construction because if so then the Customer CANNOT DO EVEN MINOR ALTERATIONS/ADDITIONS, especially in the above case should the Customer choose to replace the VRV/VRF with individual Split Air conditioners(subject to available to indoor installation space and outside space for the individual ODU's. 4. State sizes of the attached Balconies. How many Balconies have water outlet traps ? 5. Now coming to the Basement. Since it is CONSTRUCTED BELOW GROUND LEVEL there will be water collection/flooding in the entire Basement area. How has this problem been solved. Is there a Sump located in the Bathroom AND should there be an electrical malfunction (assuming no immediate Back up how is the Toilet waste disposed. 5. Are you showing Units which have so far received OC's. Units which are cleared from dues SHOULD ONLY BE MENTIONED FOR SALE. These are a few points which need further clarification AND as has been just pointed out WHY IS THERE SALES STAGNATION FOR THIS PARTICULAR SOCIETY. Overall a well composed Video.
