I think during transit some of the cables can become loose from the board in which case can cause certain hardware to short or even damage to the main board. When my replacement came, I opened the main door and just double checked all the cables. Making sure every connection was securely connected, this time the main USB 3 cable was not secure, so best advice, when you get yours just double check the cables and your good to go.

Well you might get better support since your showcasing their product but I'm hoping others get the same level of support. For me many of my games were crashing for my 2020 build. I ended up finding an obscure firmware for the cheap board in mine. After the update no more game crashes. I found a lot of chatter on the Internet about others having the same problem. Not sure how they got their issue resolved as my own research led me to my resolution. Also I have never been able to get my microphone working and just gave up and bought a wireless headset.
For the F120 Duo RGB fans did you have to add an additional 3 when ordering to get those 3 at the bottom of the case or does it come with 6 of them by default?

64gb is enough for almost everybody, and I only have a 1tb ssd on my system and it has a decent amount of space, and to give a reference, most MacBooks only have 256gb ssd
High Ram is for people that do a lot of professional editing and content creation. 64 gigs is more than enough if you're gaming, even 32 gigs will be enough. Storage lowkey depends on what you plan to do with your computer. If you're just gaming, 1-2tb of storage is excellent, though, if you're like me and you do a little bit of editing (or if you're a content creator) 2-5tb (mainly 5tb) is ideal since space is an important factor in editing and or content creation. What I'm saying is, if you're just gaming, 64 gigs 2tb is perfect. If you do other things like editing or anything that requires you to have lots of extra ram and possibly storage, 128gb is good 5tb is good.

SSD failed to boot windows and I was asked to check the SSD status within BIOS and motherboard had a fault light on. They decided that they needed it back to repair. On the way back the case was cracked by the courier company. So they fixed everything, new motherboard, new HDD and new case.
Thanks, it's a shame it left their workshop with a fault, especially at the price, but it's good to know that they fixed it promptly. It's a dream pc, but how many people can really afford this.
Those are just screen resolutions, you will get both when you buy any new PC with the 40xx graphics cards. 4K looks wayyyy better but is more demanding on your computer and will drop FPS, the inverse is true for 1080p
what a beast of a pc but damn man 4 grand is wayyyyyyyyyyy too much lol im gonna go with the player 2 prime version, i feel like it'll do as good as this one imo well with a few flaws but idc haha 2 grand is for sure in the budget range.
Player 2 prime is extremely good. Even though you don't see a lot of people using that CPU+GPU combo, it still surprised people with its performance. Toasty Bros made a video on it.

I would rather spend an extra 100$ to get a trusted motherboard from a company that’s known and trusted. Same with the GPU. If in the picture they show a founders edition GPU then that’s what I want. Lol

The cooling system keeps both CPU and GPU at reasonable temperatures. Especially with Intel processors which normally run hotter.

Do you have a good recommendation for a reasonably priced monitor that works well with a pc of this caliber?
i dont know an exact monitor but i would say a 240 hertz or above, 1440p monitor

It's because it's not dual channel you only turn xmp on when you have dual channel ram

Depends on what you are using it for. 64gb of ram is more than enough for 90% of people.

This is why I wouldn’t get a prebuilt, you can’t pick all your parts and for $4k I would be mad with a PNY GPU
