@harshaltheboss 10 rounds for time just means the time it will take you to complete the 10 rounds/sets of the workout. Unbroken means doing the workout as stated, that is, 5 pullups, then 7 dips. Rest when you need to rest. I hope I've been of some help, brother.
@@justinbeard I I have bought Marcus Filly 's programs but for me his program has a lot of movements that are difficult to be done in a regular commercial gym (or at least where I am where there is only 1 gym relatively close to my house). Especially in his PUMP 40 program. I wish there was a simpler way to get the same conditioning as crossfit without the high skill movements or equipment at a crossfit gym. Since most crossfit gyms by me don't have open gym for people to do bodybuilding type exercises.

And to answer your question or your statement there’s no way you can achieve that way of body fat naturally, and maintain it without some level of P.E.D’s I’m not saying they have to be this severe ones like TRT, DBALL or TREN. But also, congrats this man if he’s doing that cause not do you just have to take P.E.D’s you have to maintain a diet and a lifestyle to reach the benefits or goals that you really want to.

Means you need to complete 5 pull-ups without stopping straight into 7 dips without stopping for 10 rounds timed. You basically can take a break after the dips, but you're trying to shoot for time.

Clearly you’re built like a brick house but I noticed you have one side that’s significantly bigger than the other. Were you injured recently and couldn’t train? I know it doesn’t matter because you’re not body building but wondering why that is
wrong. "for time" i.e as fast as you can go makes it a Crossfit style workout. if it was just 10 rounds to just complete it when ever then itll be more a calisthenics work out
