Great update and I like using extra thin when I preassemble parts. When I was a kid, my mom used to buy the lemon scented glue. I hated it as it didn't stick as good as the old orange tube glue did. Have a great weekend.
I still use the orange Testor’s, too I’ve even come up with a couple of slogans I think they should use. Let me know what you think. “Testor’s: Works Well, Great Smell,” and, “Testor’s: Get Lit While You Build Your Kit.” And, yes, the blue stuff sucks. As did the non-toxic, citrus-smelling garbage back in the day. It didn’t work well, and it would turn chrome parts kind of a greenish color. But I do remember some stores wouldn’t sell the orange glue unless a parent was with you.
Hahahahahaha!! The slogans are awesome 🤣 I guess my parents just always got me the orange stuff 🤷♂️ I always put the cap between my teeth to remove it then tried to aim to put the glue back 🤣
Looking cool Mike!

Hahahahahaha!! Lemon scented 🤣 I love it!
@@ScaleSpeedworks Back then it was the "safe" glue. Non-toxic and lemony! 🤣 Didn't hold no matter how much you put on the part.
Nice job Mike. When I was a kid we didn't have blue tubes😂 just the hazardous stuff. We also drank from the hose and survived lol😂😂😂😂
Ahhh, the good old days! 🤣

@@ScaleSpeedworks I’ve never tried that. I’d probably get a mouthful of the glue, which would be bad.
I am really liking how you are doing the build series and love the Speeder bike too!
Thank you sir! Hopefully you’ll see them up close and personal one day 😉
Cool progress. 👍
Thank you!
Looking good.
Thank you 👍
Great update!! That’s coming along. And man I remember when that testors cement was the only stuff I could get! lol
Testors used to be the only game in town! Thank goodness for competition, so many options to choose from, and not just glues!
@@ScaleSpeedworks you’re not kidding!!
Nice update.
Much appreciated 👍
