This department and this magistrate are directly responsible for this death, and they need to be held to account at the price of their jobs, and they should be open to Civil action to take everything that they own. When you step out from under the umbrella of the Constitution, everything should be on the table. This is the WORST KIND OF CORRUPTION which is corruption aimed at a cover-up which is the exact reason why the press is SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED in the FIRST amendment.
If these police officers would do this to a 97 year old woman, what are they doing in their homes? Are they beating their wives and covering? They predators or their children safe. These guys need to be investigators. They do not have a moral compass.

I think that's the point. When you are old, smaller things can put you over the edge. Police officers performing an illegal search warrant in your home is a high level of stress that some of this age shouldn't have to endure.
