Hello, I love the tumblers, they are so cute! I know this is a little off topic but I missed you when you went live. Can I use iron-on vinyl for mugs and glasses, or do I have to buy a specific heat transfer vinyl?
No you cannot use iron on for cups etc you can only use iron on for shirts,pants
In case anyone else sees this and has the same question, you use adhesive vinyl for surfaces, and heat transfer vinyl for clothes
Hi. I know this is some time after your question but, you actually CAN use HTV vinyl on cups and tumbler and so much more. I am in no way disrespecting the creator in this video or anything like that. Just here letting you know that there is a material called "HTV Anything" from TRW out of FL. (I am only putting initials so not to look like I am being rude, you can look that up on your own and the company has to do with "blingy" stuff 😉 so you know that you found the right place) But it is an ah-mazing product that opens up so much more options and possibilities once you can turn HTV into a dishwasher safe (as long as your cup is) sticker! Yes, I really said that. Lol You will need a heat press of some kind to do that though. I hope this is just a well received comment and that I did not in any way offend anyone. That is not my intention at all. Just wanting to share some info with my fellow crafters. Take care and happy crafting 🥰💜

I can't seem to find that transfer tape you used. Having a heck of a time with holographic/metallic to get transfer tape to stick. Looked up aura mask but it's not a transfer tape. Help!

can i use strong grip tape? will it come off of the transfer tape when i transfer on a windshield?
I wouldn’t. I would only use strong grip on textured glitter

I bought some holo decals from someone and I can’t get the sticker off of the transfer tape (I hope that’s the right word)…Its so attached to the transfer tape that the decals won’t let go of the transfer tape. It’s like the transfer tape is too sticky. I’m at a loss, I don’t know anything about any of this and I’m tempted to buy a machine and vinyls and try to learn. 😭
Maybe water would help. Soak one and test. I would think the stick would still work for the decal.

Does cricket holographic vinyl transfer to resin?
This vinyl wasn't Cricut band. I'm just not a fan of Cricut vinyl but I do love their machine.I would try specialty materials ( they are in my description) tekwrap craft , and others I just can't think of off the top of my head.
