  • The piano is a complicated beast! It can be tricky to play well and provides plenty of challenges on the recording front, not to mention the cost of the instrument itself. But with EZKeys 2 Toontrack aims to get you out of a pianistic jam, automatically suggesting piano parts to compliment your tracks. Let's see how it works in action...

This is the 3rd or 4th video I am trying to watch on EZ Keys to know whether it can do what I am looking for. This is the first place where I confirmed that YES IT CAN. Thank you very much!

Ok but can you play your own notes in midi? That's all I wanna know

Do you mean if you can play with your own Midi keyboard? If so definitely yes. You can also draw in your own notes within the plugin, or on your DAW's Midi roll.

Any virtual playing VST will crush CPU. Convert to audio asap and power off the midi track on playback if you can in your daw.
I prefer UJAM Vogue for its simplicity… or just playing simple piano parts myself (and saving some of my favorite patterns) then calling a friend to play on final track.
