You need BMC air filter .... power tronic custom fuel mapping ... if I was you I would also install heavy duty spark plugs 😇👍🏾

Really good initiative man .. But it won’t be successful until you overcome with these challenges-
1. Once you turbo charge any engine you increase the volumetric efficiency of cylinder burning fuel and air mixture. Turbo increase your air volume in cylinder so you need to increase your fuel quality too accordingly. Means you need proper remapping.
2. Even after you successfully mapped it then you will have serious heating issues as your increased fuel and air mixture due to turbo and fuel remap will increase the temperature of combustion inside cylinder. Your air cooled engine wont be able to transfer heat properly. Means some how you need coolant cooling like in cars and other liquid cool bikes.
3. You turbo leak is because of two possible causes-
a. Your turbo is not getting cool properly.
b. Your turbo is working beyond its surge line or choke line. I feel your turbo is to close to your engine exhaust. And i think you are using waste gate turbo of some car. May be waste gate is not working.

bhai yeh long stroke engines hai .... jyda compression ratio par connecting rods
and crankshaft will bend for sure ..also u might damage valves valve springs valve guides ... u need to upgrade pistons n
connecting rods n crankshaft to titanium or forged aluminum lighter material... also for tuning timing needs to be advance 30° for smooth performance for that u will need power commander v5 ... performance clutch can also be added if u adding intercooler also .. one cheap n useful upgrade can be that changing chain sprocket to +2 gear side -1 on wheel side

Bhai, i suggest you to get a ecu remapping as you said in the beginning, "engine is getting too much oxygen" your airfuel mixture is too lean. Which means more air and less fuel. You'll end up ruining your cylinder walls and piston rings, just a suggestion. :P

Oil hamesha synthetic use kro or oil change interval adhe se thode se zada krdo.
Example pehle 4000km pe oil change krte ho to ab 3000 pe oil change krna hoga.
Qki turbo ke RPM bht zada hote h isliye zada heat generate hoti h turbo se oil me jis se oil jldi jldi zada garam tthanda hone ki vjh se oil ki quality zada jldi khrab ho jati h.
Is liye apko oil change jldi krna hoga as compared to a naturally aspirated engine.
