I have a question. You have covered everything, except.... How do Daleks get up stairs? I mean, if I was runnning away from one, all I would need to do is run up a flight of stairs and Im away. Cant be that simple.
Excellent thorough review Ralph, very informative. One bit of feedback, I'd like to see vloggers clearly state though if the product they're reviewing was provided by the company or it was a self funded purchase, as obviously if it's a freebie from the company that means some personal bias comes into play and affects the review. Keep up the great work.
The blaster, funnel etc. --- its called a snoot! This is the best review of Ulanzi L2 Cute Lite that I have seen. Do you think the brightness is enough if I use it for some casual biking or skateboarding at night?
Thanks heaps mate! I appreciate that. Umm it depends how much light you need at what distance. At 1.5 meters it’s bright enough for a key light (I found) 2 meters it’s less concentrated and doesn’t light a lot from 5 meters. Does that help?

If it had an IR remote and you could control multiple I would get 10. Tiny waterproof lights you can gel with cutoffs? Sold. Also good for a lego gaffer set.
Hi Ralph. Thank you for authoring this review of the Ulanzi L2. I'm actually looking for something compact and portable to carry around to be attached to the GoPro. Curiously, even though this emits more lumens, would you still recommend the GoPro Light Mod especially with its smaller size than the L2? Thank you.
Great question. The gp lens mod still sticks out from the camera. It’s not a sleek design. With the Ulanzi product you get the extras. But if you just want or need a slim line led light there’s probably cheaper out there to fit your needs 🤷🏼♂️
@@RalphMayhewPhotography I understand. The Ulanzi L1 of L2 is just too bulky but, for certain, more powerful. Unfortunately, the L2 isn't available locally. I'll have to think about it further I supposed. Btw, the GP Light Mod isn't built for snorkeling as well? As in, it's similar to the waterproof status of the L1 & L2 wherein it's better not to take them into water for an extended time?
how's the life expectancy after exposure to saltwater? Does anything seem likely to corrode? the 1/4in mount and the charging port seem like they're brass (if I'm judging based on the color)
I didn’t think it was possible to say that much about a light, but bravo, Ralph - you’ve proved otherwise! This would be great for vlogging in the rain… except I’m a pussy, so I don’t. Great review, though! 👍🦘😜
What do you want from a small LED light?
That perfectly timed music to the Fishtank drop and rewind is next level Ralph - Mike
Thanks os much Mike! Trying to improve my editing on the vids. Little bit by little bit!
I have 0 questions after watching this. You covered everything!
Hehe thanks mate. Great to hear.

You’re a clown lol
Amazing review Ralph. I have no questions. Didnt feel like skipping the video at any point. Loved it.
That is so awesome to hear. Thanks so much!!

Thanks mate. Yeah I agree. I thought I said that at the front of the video. My apologies if I didn’t. Certainly intended to.
Best review of this led light! 👍
Thank you so much. I really appreciate this comment.
Cool review. Cute light. I have one that I use whilst camping and fishing. Thanks. Great channel.
Thanks mate. It’d be good for that.

YES!!! Thanks mate. That’s great to know 👍
Thank you for the review. A good approach. Hello from Russia.
G’day Russia. That’s awesome and thank you!!
Great outdoor review, very useful for me sir
Thanks heaps mate.

Thanks for the reply. It helps. I guess this is great for vlogging and not so much as a sports torchlight.

Great review Ralph, well done, but I think the price they quoted you was a loss leader because via your link I paid about AUD$75 including shipping!
Thanks heaps mate. Ahh dude I’m so sorry. Really touched that you went through my link though. Thank you!!
Ralph! Dude, that's cool! Thanks!
Yew!! My pleasure bro!
That’s a fantastic wee light. Definitely one to keep in the bag.
You’re bang on there mate 👍

Yep that’s a great call!!

To be honest I don’t think I’d recommend the light for ongoing snorkelling because I’m not sure it would add much to the experience.
@@RalphMayhewPhotography I see. Well, the light is only as per needed like low light situations during family and travel documentations. Thanks again!

So far no corroding but I rinse with fresh water. I’d say they’re brads yeah. Not entirely sure though.
Very complete review enjoyed it. Seems like a good price and good for the kit seeing it is small and lightweight.
CAVU!
Yep bang on mate. Thanks very much. Great addition to the kit, that’s for sure.
Shedding some light 🕯️💡💡💡 On all my questions after opening this thing lol 🙌🏽🥹🙏🏽💯💯💯
Haha great stuff. Glad I can help :)
I would be worried that I would lose the charger, and then need to replace one. Where I always would have extras in USB-C.
That’s a very real possibility. Thanks for the insight champion.
