Cheap Craigslist Kawasaki KLR 650, Will it run?

Fixing a 2008 Kawasaki KLR650. Only $400 dollars for a motorcycle??? Seams to good to be true right? I bought it anyways...yeah it turned out to be stolen lol. Luckily after I called the cops, I got to talk to the owner of the motorcycle and he ended up donating the bike to the channel! Let's get this bike back on the road, Thanks for watching!

Was locksmith at a shop for about ten years, made keys by impression for dozens of these bikes!! Why do they jam a screwdriver into it then it’s a parts replacement thing? More expensive. Should’ve brought it to a lock shop!!
