We love it because it promotes traditional family values and the nuclear family. Every show here nowadays always seems to happen to feature divorced families, gay families, etc. nothing against those lifestyles but they’re way in the minority of how life typically is. Most of us still embrace the traditional family structure.
Sometimes my daughter and I watch Bluey together when she comes to visit, she doesn't live with me because shes 27, but we both love the show. Amazing that everyone got a trip to Australia! Hope they have a great time here.

“You’re doing a great job” was done really well in baby race. Particularly because the character that says it isn’t shown saying it to Chilli but to camera - effectively it is said to the parent audience.

Sleepytime is my favourite episode too. Loss, the eternal nature of maternal love, Gustav Holst and pee jokes- all in a seven minute cartoon. An absolutely cracking piece of art.
I live in Brisbane, Queensland. I grew up on the northside right near stafford primary school which features in bluey. Strange to think a cartoon made in Brisbane has a worldwide audience. You will all love our state.
Hope you enjoy your stay in QLD from a Queenslander. Not mentioned in the clip, Queensland is also home to Australia Zoo - Yep THAT Australia Zoo, home of the late great Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin, his wife Terri and Kids Bindi and Robert. It's only an hour by road from Brisbane.

Kudos to Kelly for pronouncing Brisbane as the locals do, not as some Californians might. I would have to be mindful of the local pronunciation if I ever found myself in CA. ua-cam.com/video/W3muUHmnom4/v-deo.html Fun fact: Melbourne FL is named after the city in Australia, at least according to Wikipedia - The city, formerly called "Crane Creek",[13] was named Melbourne in honor of its first postmaster, Cornthwaite John Hector, an Englishman who had spent much of his life in Melbourne, Victoria This is quite a novelty, as most Australian towns and cities were either taken from an Aboriginal word or simply transplanted from the Old Country.
Okay but as a Brisbaner who just flew Qantas back from LA, if you’re tall, it was awful hahaha - tiny seats, and my screen didn’t work the fight back 🙃
@@MikeDare-c8h no but you CAN update them. I’m just pointing out that anyone over 5”6 will have an issue. The domestic planes are more comfortable than the international seats.
