Rose Byrne gave a heartbreaking vocal performance as Brandy, and really made you empathise and sympathise with her and her inability to have children. She should really do more dramatic performances in her career, she certainly has the knack for it! 😭💔

@@mickfleetwood3216 at least the other casting choices are good. Seth Rogen and John Cena will be Bebop and Rocksteady, Jackie Chan will be Splinter, and Giancarlo Esposito will be Baxter Stockman. There’s also Paul Rudd and Post Malone as Mondo Gecko and Man Ray!
But Rose Byrne as Leatherhead, yeah, that doesn’t work.
I appreciate Ms Mojo acknowledging both an Australian show and the Australian guest stars on the show. The comments from people who didn’t know who most of the guests were, show why the recognition was needed. That being said some of them are well known in Australia but not as well known overseas so I don’t fault anyone for not knowing who they are either. 🙂
Wow. They got some good ones. I knew Rusty’s dad and the Postal Worker sounded familiar, but I had no idea it was Anthony the original Blue Wiggle. That group was a large part of my childhood. Same goes for the Irwin family; making it cool to see Robert (who is actually pretty close to my age) be on the show.
I know I’m only a year or two older then bindi. I’m still picturing him as a little kid.
I had NO idea that was Anthony of the Wiggles when I first saw the Dance Mode episode!!!! You should look at the cute exclusive short where Bingo dances with former yellow Wiggle Emma!!

I would also want Mexican actor Tenoch Huerta to guest star in Bluey as a Xoloitzcuintle who is fluent in Spanish.

Anthony being on the show made my day!! I was his biggest fan as a kid. I loved him. He’s the reason I learned to play the drums!!
I grew up with the Wiggles too so that's one of the reasons why I love 'Bluey' now no matter what everyone else says!

I feel like it’s def worth mentioning here that Bandit - arguably the main character of the show, lbr 😂 - is voiced by the frontman of the 80s indie rock band Custard. And it’s heckin’ freaky to listen to their songs, especially nowadays, because you can’t unhear it!!
I downloaded “Funky Again” and I cannot get enough of it! I’m hoping for a Custard cameo on Bluey soon!
😂now listen to him sing “99 bottles” in Sleepytime and really not be able to unhear it
Robert Irwin in the episode Quiet Game really doubles up on the storyline, as Alfie is worried he won't do well on his first day, then later receives huge praise by the whole store, since he's the son of Steve Irwin himself, and some people may hype themselves up for him to fill his void he left behind. I really hope we see Alfie again.
I love Alfie as a character! To know he's Robert Irwin makes him even sweeter!!

The fact Robert Irwin was in Bluey cases me to get a weird dream where Steve Irwin saved my life during WW2 but in the Bluey universe

@MsMojo Natalie Portman’s nature documentary is real. She narrates a Disney + documentary called Dolphin Reef. My kids have seen it several times and they were convinced that it was “the lady from Dolphin Reef” when they saw Whale Watching.
She did a voiceover for a National Geographic documentary, Secrets Of Elephants.
I bet if Heath Ledger was alive he would have probably guest stared on the show.

This show is so wholsome it’s truly a gem with a family show. It’s so beautiful and well written and just so funny. ❤I loved Alfie in the show. Amazing.
The top guest voice on Bluey in my opinion would go to Rose Byrne. Her role as Chilli’s sister Brandy is one that tugs on the heartstrings with realism.

Bluey is just all around a great show they chose great voices and animators it’s works just so perfectly which is such a hard balance to find when creating kids content 👏🏻👏🏻 hats off to them they really pulled it off
Edit: I remember being like 2 weeks postpartum stuck in a chair watching the episode where Alfred finds the toy for muffin with my baby and I remember just staring at Alfred “is that Robert Irwin? 🤔” 😅yes, yes it was. I recognize that voice anywhere and I’m not even Australian.

One person I could think of that I'd love to see on Bluey is Colin Donnell who played Tommy Merlyn on Arrow and Connor Rhodes on Chicago Med. His family are known fans of the show and it would be fun to hear his voice even if it's a small role.

Being a massive Wiggles fan, I feel like I’m the only one that knows that in an episode of “Dance Mode” when the family were buying something or dropping off something in a store, that the store clerk was voiced by Anthony Field (the blue wiggle). Postie, that’s the name. I never thought that the show turned out to be-that as a Wiggles fan and grown up being a fan of other preschool shows like: Bear in the Big Blue House, Rolie Polie Olie (which I feel that both shows have a similar connection), VeggieTales, Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood; too name a few. I never thought that Bluey has concepts of certain everyday family life that reflected very well in my childhood. And that’s why I’m obsessed with it. Not only Bluey is a standard Australian national treasure, it’s home everywhere, including our home in the United States. My favorite episode is most definitely “Sleepy Time” and one of the first episodes to make me cry, in the scene where Bingo and her toy Floppy saw a planet of other bunnies, which Bingo let her go and join them - while she shed a tear. That’s what made me sniffle and burst into tears because I felt Bingo’s bravery of letting go a favorite toy in a dream. There’s also unexpected twists in the show that I didn’t saw coming, like the character of Bluey and Bingo’s cousin Socks finally speaks for the first time after what they were thinking who Muffin was in a game of charades. Bandit, Muffin and Bingo are definitely my favorite characters. Period.
