- See what food NCL offers on its cruise ships for dinner at the main dining room. Aboard the Norwegian Joy (and the newer NCL ships) there are 3 main dining rooms- the Manhattan Room, Taste & Savor. See what it was like eating at each of the various venues. We also included 5 different sets of sample menus from various nights of our cruise, including a kids menu as well.
Some of our favorite food from NCL's MDR dinner offerings included:

The food look amazingly food, and the desserts are to die for. I will definitely need to exercise daily to not gain weight because I wouldn’t be able to control myself with all those delicious food.😜🤪

The smelling really puts me off.
We have the same taste in food. 😄 Also, the food on NCL looks much better than the food on Carnival.

Carnival caters to poorer cruisers who care more about quantity than quality. That's why.
NCL is a foodie cruise line worldwide.
It's difficult to read the longer captions because the font size is so small. I realize u want to showcase the items but u can do so n also make the caption font size bigger. The smelling of the food is terribly rude. No adult has not been educated to not smell the food. Chefs smell their food by wafting the smell from the cooking container towards their face. The desserts are presented very elegantly. If there are only a few items left in a container, they don't look very appetizing. I'm surprised the staff don't police the food items more to keep everything looking appetizing. Beautiful earrings. Speaks very elegantly.

I don't know how you fit into your dresses every evening. I always put on too much weight! Thanks for all the great info, it makes me miss cruising. I almost booked one for the summer but I think fall may be better to make sure the ports of call are open and running normally.

Thanks! For main dining room dinner IMO NCL is similar to Carnival which is pretty good. Holland America, Princess, Royal and Celebrity are somewhat better, especially considering they still offer lobster night on the 7 night cruises. MSC is not as good as NCL or Carnival at the main dining room.
Ncl. Is a very good cruse line. Their air fare program really helps. 10 cruses ncl. But other cruse lines good

I like ncl food best. Especially like specially restaurants. Think habachi three nights

As many as you want, though servers prefer that you order them together

Yup you can call in the morning and make a reservation.

I sniff my food too! I can pick out spices and herbs that might not come out as much on my tounge. That is part of how I enjoy it with as many senses as possible.

Her table manners are terrible. You don't smell your food before you put it in your mouth, and she did it with every bite. Also, when you take a spoonful of soup, you eat it all, you don't leave any on the spoon.
Terrific vlogs about the food but holy crap it just triggers me every time she smells the food- just seems oddly pretentious and unnecessary as if thinking that one is supposed to do a smell test with food the way we are supposed to smell wine before drinking it. Sorry, it's just weird!
