If the opponent has a team full of special attackers and you want to Tera into a type that takes 4x damage against fire & ice types (like dragon or grass) then it’s quite decent! Also Azu has a really good move set and learns belly drum via level up
Quick (upon encountering Litleo): "I never played Gen 7. So I have no idea about this Pokémon." Litleo was first introduced in Pokémon X and Y. Quick (after catching Dugtrio): "We didn't have Shadow Tag and I didn't realize that." Dugtrio doesn't have Shadow Tag. That's an ability of Wobbuffet and many Ghost typed Pokémon. Dugtrio has a similar ability called Arena Trap very much like Trapinch.
@@luckypanda512 50 + 50×faints so if you revive 1 pokemon every time it fainted it would be 50+ 50×20 = 1050 power. The revive itself does nothing, the pokemon in the party have to faint that many times, but it just doesn't top out at 5 pokemon because pokemon that fainted more times in the battle are still counted in the calculations. Bulbapedia says it is capped at 5050 power, which is 100 faintings in 1 battle.

@@pjs232 Yeah but the boiz here do fun challenges not Abuse Competitive Moves. Usually they don't get to pick their Pokemon or have Random Moves and Abilities so I don't feel it is worth banning. It also makes for a crazy fun and scary Mon when they eventually randomize the games and might get a random Pokemon with this move.
@@nytecrow6452 Never said they should ban it, that kind of stuff makes it more fun for sure on this type of thing- but it is broken AF, make no mistake, it starts as a 100% accurate, base power 50 move and then adds an entire 50 base power for every dead pokemon on your team. Upshot here is that the Houndstone in this vid had a spammable, 250 base power, 100% accurate move with STAB and there is nothing that lives that without resisting and being tanky as all hell, and it could potentially have hit 300 power if things had progressed.
I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure once Fairy type was introduced, Steel no longer resisted Ghost (and Dark.) So Steel hasn't resisted Ghost since Gen 6.

Last Respects is a crazy powerful move. At max power, which is all your other Pokemon are down, it's as powerful as THREE EARTHQUAKES In fact, I'm pretty sure that it's so strong that Houndstone was banned from OU competitive
Chillin, what makes Tatsugiri good is how it supports Dondozo in double battles with it's ability Commander, which causes Tatsugiri to go inside Dondozo's mouth, becoming untouchable, and boosting all Dondozo's stats by 2 stages
Last Respects works all the way up to 5050 base power! If you revive a fainted teammate it doesn't remove from LR and and if you faint it again, it adds on. Revival Blessing on Pawmot and Rabsca to revive two teammates and then final pokemon Houndstone Last Resort means you can get 400 base power on the move
Chillin: does a 5 star raid to get eevee with an Electric Terra, with possibilities of having a unique evolution with different typing other than electric.. Also Chillin: Lets Evolve it to Jolteon...
I don’t think Axew is a pseudo legendary line, pretty sure that only applies to Pokémon who have a 600 total base stat (Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp, Hydreigon, Goodra, Kommo-o, Dragapult and Baxcalibur are the only ones)
It's not, only gen 3 had 2 pseudo Salamence and Metagross. Gen 5 psuedo is Hydreigon, I think Haxorus only has like 530-550 base stat. Still really strong but not psuedo.

FYI Torch Song would have done more damage in the long run to that Eevee than Stomping Tantrum. Due to Tera fire, stab bonus, and the boost to special attack after every turn.
You mentioned the level of the Litleo. Level does not factor into catch rate at all. A pokeball has the same chance to catch a Pokémon at a given health %c whether level 1 or 100.
Idk I almost always can just throw a pokeball at anything under level twenty and catch it first try and when I go to a higher level area it’s still easy but gotta have low health and still takes a few tries

First of all, just recently found you guys but let me say I have never subscribed to someone’s (being both of y’all’s) channel so fast after only watching a couple videos. Secondly, challenge idea; one person will be in charge of catching randomized pokemon from the grass or such, and the other person decides what kind of ball is used without knowing the pokémon. In short, he decides his own fate.
Missing the Dondozo was heartbreaking. If you know, you know Also, Intimate is the bad ability??? I know Moxie Krookodile is a menace, but any pokemon that has Intimate should not be neglected
If you zoom in on the pokemon with LR, the highlighted pokemon will actually say ditto (if it actually is a ditto), but of course it’ll still take time because you’re in first person until you find it.

He should have had a Gardavoir. It probably wouldn’t make a difference, I know, it just bugged me.

New challenge idea! Back in sword and shield, randomise. Choose a random starter, then type chain in a way that your next catch is the next fully evolved type that's super effective against the one you just caught. If that makes sense! 😅

Honestly I love Last Respects. It is punishing if you don't prepare for it, but makes for a great comeback if your way behind.

With the move randomizer on in the future, last respects could be a sleeper move depending on who you get it on.
Haxorus line is surprisingly not a pseudo but it is pretty powerful still
So Chilln, what was the point in Terastalizing Goodra into dragon, and using aqua tail? Am I missing something guys?
Any move is 1.5x powerful when terastalized. Moves of the same Tera type are 2x. So aqua tail did 1.5x damage + super effective to the Dugtrio

Cyclizar is actually pretty strong with the move Shed Tail!
Plus it gets regenerator as well (hidden ability). So it can be quite strong in singles.
