    how do you disable the "Missed Call" notification on the T33G? We have four phones and even though we dont miss the call the other phones show a missed call. Super annoying!

      Hey Steve, good morning. Most likely this is showing up because the phones are part of a ring group which is causing them to show a missed call. There are two ways to do this. One your provider should be able to write into the code of the phone from their side to disable the missed calls notification. The other option is to login to the phone via a web browser (through the IP interface of the phone) but you will need an admin password for this. If you have that please go to account, basic, turn off missed call log. Hope this helps!

      Good morning, the guide should be the same for both the T54 and the T33. Very similar features on each and the buttons should map to the 33. Please let us know if there is something in particular that you have questions about that the guide doesn't cover. Have a great day!

    How do I clear my park calls. I didn't know what I was doing and pushed those 2 and now everyone has them green.

      Good morning, if you park a call by putting an active call on the park button then when that call ends the park button should go back to its original color. The parking button should only be lit up when you have an active call in there. Does that make sense?

    Are there only 4 total line keys available or can you have multiple pages of line keys to flip through like the T54W? The T54W have 10 physical line keys, but when more than 10 are assigned, the 10th physical key becomes a "next page" button and you can flip through multiple pages.

      I found the answer. The T33G does have the ability to program multiple pages of line keys. There are 12 total slots. On my system, the first slot is always taken by the extension of the phone itself, leaving 11 programmable slots. The T54W has 27 total, leaving 26 programmable.

      @@ThWind81 Correct, depending on the back end setup the first line will be the extension and then the rest are available. You can get around that and get that button back depending on what back end phone system you are using.

    Has anyone tried using a Generic WIfi adaptor in a YeaLink t48S or similar phone?
    Do we HAVE to purchase the Yealink specific WF40 or Yealink WF50 device?

      For the T48s and T46s, we have never tried using the generic wifi adapters but instead use the Wf40 adapters. I have been told that the SumLink 150Mbps adapters seem to work as well but I have not tried that. It might be worth picking one of the SumLink devices off Amazon. I see one that is only $8. Again - ComTech has not tried this but it might be worth a shot. The WF40 definitely works.

    Is it possible to temporarily disable the routing tree without erasing the settings? Trying to have google call with a confirmation code but it's not working because the automation doesn't make a selection to be directed. Thanks!

      It is definitely possible depending on what your back end phone system is. Most back end phone providers can reroute your calls temporarily away from the auto attendant you are mentioning to a call phone so you can receive that code. My suggestion would be to contact who provides the phone service monthly to have them make this temporary change.

    Does this phone have a night service message for when the closed? If so, how do you access it?

      Hello, yes you can setup a night message but that isn't on the phone itself but instead on the back end phone system that you are using. I would recommend touching base with who you pay for phone service each month to ask how to do this on their system.

    does any one know why my red light flashes when no messages or text messages?

      Hey Rodney, sorry it took some time for us to respond. I didn't get notified for some reason. There are a number of reasons why the red light might flash but the most common is missed calls. Try hitting the up arrow and it should take you to the history of the calls then go back to the main screen and see if the light goes away.

      Depends on the back end system. With ours you would dial *35+ext that is ringing. Try that, if that doesn't work you may need to reach out to who provides your back end phone service.

    Is there a way to leave someone a voicemail without it ringing through to their office, just to their voicemail?

      Absolutely, with ComTech's phone system you can transfer like this by clicking transfer key then the number 7 then extension then transfer again. Example: Transfer:7100:tranfer. This would transfer to extension 100's voicemail. If you do not have the ComTech phone system I would recommend reaching out to who provides your phone service and they should be able to tell you the correct transfer keys. Hope this helps!

      Thank you for answering my question. We do not have your system. I was just wondering if it were possible. I wasn’t talking about transferring a call to voicemail, but I wasn’t sure how to work the question. If I just wanted to leave a voicemail and not speak to someone is what I meant LOL.       @@stacybarbier6694 Gotcha, sorry about the confusion. For your question there is not really an option for that I don't believe built into the Yealink's themselves. You may be able to do it depending on your backend system. I know with our backend system you can do it but that is a feature of the backend phone provider not Yealink.

      Are you referring to making one of the buttons ring/monitor other extensions in your office? If so you can click and hold down the physical button on the phone. After a few seconds, it will change to a screen where you can type in a name, an extension, and the type of key you want. To monitor the extension to see if they are on the phone, they are ringing, etc. choose BLF. Please let me know if that is what you were looking for.

      Good morning Walter, are you referring to a cordless handset or to a wireless headset? For a cordless handset with the USB dongle that will unfortunately not work on this model. You will need a T4 series phone for that to work. If you are referring to a wireless headset that will work if the right adapters are used. Please clarify which one you are wanting and I will do what I can to point you in the right direction.

      Hey Vickie, you absolutely can depending on your back end phone system. With ComTech you would type in *35 and the extension you are wanting to pick up the call from. Try that and then if that does not work I would recommend reaching out to your back end phone provider to ask how this can be done. It can certainly be done on a Yealink though:)

      To change the ring tone you can click menu, basic, sound, ring tones, and choose your ring tone in there. Please let us know if that doesn't get you where you need to go.
