- Yet another class with a gimmick for the sake of a gimmick. But unlike hunters, I imagine people will have a hard time feeling bad when playing with loopshooters, and that is because the travel speed of the boomerangs, while just as much of a problem as the ammo clip for hunters, is harder to notice.
Caper in specific doesn't have much shiny stuff she can do, but she's definitely a great addition to my 4★ roster, and that smug smile will haunt me in my dreams.

I have to say, Mumu cloning Caper is stupidly nice since you get that attack speed and range without the downside
Quite a tanky one at that
Whenever we get a 6* loop shooter Dorothy will finally be dethroned
And her attack stat is higher than your usual sniper
i did it once, she immediately destroyed everyone in the run, lol
0:43 Kuma, 22 thousand HP would make Caper be perfect for tanking Patriot spears XD

I think Caper is a nice introduction to the new Loop Shooter subclass. Simple Kit and showcases the gimmick quite well in my opinion.
I personally had lots of fun using her even if her kit isn't flashy or anything, her character also helps with that honestly

As a 4-star enjoyer, this Cautus is a miracle from HG.
If Loopshooters were released in Day 1, caper and her subclass will be the top used sniper archetype since it is very flexible and very good in early game. Sadly, she is still the first operator released so this subclass potential is still not realized for now.
Shirayuki and Jieyun need to be Alter'd over to Loop Shooters lmao
In Kuma's stream we were discussions ideas for what a 5 or 6 star Loopshooter would do.
let's see if HG will release an operator in this archetype using a shield as a projectile and throwing it like captain america

The only extra thing I wish her archetype to have is making the “boomerang” do damage while returning kinda like Ines S3 when she pull the sentry thing back to herself

Thanks for the great review, I was really struggling to find any other reviews of caper that actually went into any depth! The table comparing DPS and skills with other 4 star snipers was excellent

I like her a lot, I've gotten some great use out of her in IS, but I really want to see what they do with this archetype in the future. Especially the 5 star. I know people hate weird situational 5 stars, but I love them, spuria is one of my favorite ops in the game, so I really want them to give the 5 star a wacky kit that may or may not do more harm than good.
A great operator to showcase the class.

Imagine a 6* Loopshooter where skill can now bounce to enemies... that would make the operator suck
6* will prob ignore the drawback considering previous Ops design.
Like for example while it is bouncing, the 6* will generate another projectile and just throw another one.
She is amazing i already have her m5 and doing m6 in the training room. Best investment ever

CAPER SEGS
She went to E2 S2M3 right after Viviana and Virtuosa got their M3s. Her voicelines are making it clear just how much of a kusogaki she is.
Modules could probably give dmg buffs when attacking nearby enemies, or maybe even increase the projectile speed, so the dps wouldn't fall off on longer range. We're also yet to get a six star or even a five star loopshooter, so one of them might have some AoE on skills.

The close range she is, the faster attack she can deal which tied with her high HP. You want speed? Close range her to the enemies, she has high hp just for that. This branch recieved justice from dev.
