Sleep can be a cruel Mistress. I have a strange sleep schedule and no one in my health care team really understands what's going on. Everytime I bring it up they suggest that it could be sleep apnea, I have had the testing and passed it, and it is just so difficult to get answers.

I have found that if I fight through napping I have a harder time sleeping at night.
