I see that the top of the dashboard is in two pieces how you have it on the video. Can you just remove the top part of the dashboard which is the plastic without the column and all the wiring? I want to paint mine black and want to remove it
Hi Aiden. Thanks for your question. It's actually not a separate cap. There dash itself is one giant connected unit. Not a cap style. If you watch a few more videos newer from this one, you'll see the dash(s) out laying on the ground after I got it completely removed. What can be removed are many of the trim and fascia pieces. On minute 3:49 I see the two pieces laying on the ground . The one on the right unbolts from the one on the left? That’s what I meant if it can be removed while on the car
