I'm a technician here in saudi and never use a tools like that.its Better to use a oil cap remover.and tire rotations use after electric drill better to check with torch wrench to make sure all nuts and bolts are tighten.
jordan moore your techs did it wrong, we just had the corperate toyota guys here at my shop, i think ones name was brian the other guy is new old guy...BUT ANYWHOO! we are told to use a65 lb torque stick, we also were informed to preform the rotation before the oil change and your supposed to drop all the tires and take them to the rear front first then back on top check tread and pressure. also they did not inspect the spare tire, and did not do a 3 point check on tread AND did not torque the tires after it was on the ground.... i have been with toyota for 21 years so im not just talking out my ass but you know just sayin thats how we were told OH and expect to be told not to torque the tires back on with a impact but the electric drill for the skid plate expect em

Duane R. Kraft J.r. I do agree with most of the things you said but they did use a torque stick on the end of the impact wrench
Okay to use impact with torque stick and then the final torque with the torque wrench, I would think.
