I wish music lessons had been this fun at school. The most fun we had in lessons was on purposely pronouncing "Haydn" as "Hayden" because it triggered the teacher.
Oh man, isn't that the truth. In that case I would've learned music theory the proper way instead me right now just stumbling along trying to play without any real understanding of the theory.
I just love this, Guy. The fun is there, the theme/idea is there and you go for it from scratch so playfully. I get in my way when starting up something new. And Guy reminds me: Just stárt... and don't lose yourself in the details.

Hahahaha The music would have been so different if Guy was the A list composer stalking my home. Happy, cheerful, celebratory music; windows and doors which I usually keep locked and secure 'somehow ' all 'mysteriously' open. I would be spooked. Frightening resemblance to a young Reg Dwight. You are right on suspense. Keep it simple is good advice. A few bum notes should do the trick. PS - On the bird front, we have a pair of majestic Red Kites that patrol up and down generally minding their own business and then all hell breaks out when they get too close for comfort to the nesting Jackdaws. The wretched things scramble and take off at breakneck speed and then it's the bandits at one o'clock routine with some highly entertaining aerial acrobatic combat!
Brilliant! You know, Guy, if this composing thing doesn't pan out, you could have a bright future as an actor. Have you considered auditioning for Doctor Who?

Great scoring. Was pondering during the portion where you were auditioning Pandora fx from ps; the flutey fx sound great would a child's voice doing a legato ooh/ah/oh thing with gobs of sploshy verb and a little delay fit well? (Creep factor). Or too much?
