      It’s funny because I’m so into teaching relaxed breathing while moving but when I pull that face I hold my breath half the time 😂😂😂

      @@TomMorrison I know, I know, and I really do pay attention to my breathing much more these days due to your instruction, but these shorts and reels are soooo funny ✨😆✨ whilst also being super informative. I do love them ✨💖✨

    I've had a week of using a stick, just taking it above my head just now, and it's made a really nice difference. In a week while, I'll get a longer stick and give what you've shown a go.

    Started using a broomstick for this and rotations with presses while standing also stretches Very affettive and pleasant 🎉💪

    I’ve eyed up all the wooden handled tools in the shed,saw in hand but they’re all too short 😢😂😂 you’ve now got me window shopping something called a bo staff(also mostly seem too short). Where did you get your stiff wooden pole?

      Just get an adjustable broom stick or mop stick, I'm using one and it works really well.

    My right shoulder is horrible. I favor it while using the bands because it feels like it’s gonna dislocate again. Will the bands eventually get my shoulder mobility back?

    Can they help rotator cuff soreness? I can’t do pull ups at the memory because of pain in front right shoulder 😢

    Tom, how long did it take you to evolve from fridge brick to full stick mode? I've been practicing, but so far I've only got the maniacal / orgasmic stare down.

      Shoulders didn’t take me as long as hips, when I started doing the right stuff my shoulders were sorted in about 3 months, hips took me best part of a year to get somewhere 😄

      Band stuff is a nice habit to do daily really, keep a band in your bedroom and do a few when you wake up in the morning 😄

    Ive started using a broom stick. As wide as it goes and only can reach over head. Right shoulders really pinch. Should i bend elbow to help get over or just keep doing as far as allows and await natural change in my movements?
