  • In this video I got to sit down with my Freshman year Residential Assistants, Kaitlyn and Hector, to ask them all my juicy RA questions. From their roles/jobs as RA's to their best memories so far this year, this video tells all the floor gossip and provides the best tips on booking the RA gig yourself!
Thank you to my most amazing RA's for filming with me!!!

hey, UCLA is my dream school, and I'm graduating next year. Your videos really helped me to get the full picture of being a student there. Im very interested in the psychology major and wanted to ask if you could maybe talk about your major and how it is because I would really like to know.

Hey! I loved your video and vibe! I'm currently a freshman at UCLA thinking about applying to be an RA, maybe you know if an international student can do it? And would it be recommended for an engineering student?

I believe anyone can apply to be an RA as long as they are enrolled as a full time undergraduate student at UCLA

Marley, your videos are helpful. I have a couple of questions. Are you allowed a small k-cup or Nespresso machine in your dorm room? Where do you store suitcases and bins once you move in? Do you walk to your classes from your dorm or do you use the rental scooters or other means? Is there a short timeframe between classes, and if so, how is it handled? What do you wish you would have known at the beginning of Freshman year? Thank you in advance...sending my sweet girl to UCLA this fall from Florida. Just want to be prepared.

Hi Mrs. Kinsey, these are such great questions I think I am going to have my next video be a Q&A where I can actually sit down and answer them in depth. If you have any other questions you'd like me to answer please feel free to comment them and I will try to add those in too so more people can learn!!
