51:21 Boston a few years ago when they played Now The World, I was legitimately in awe. I could not believe in that moment that it was being played. That was one of the best live moments of any show I've been to.

Awesome to hear some news on the band. People often bring up Jade's backlog of material, and it makes me stoked every time. I wish they'd do one of those mega-releases like the Smashing Pumpkins did back in the day where you could just buy a bunch of unreleased songs. I'd pay at least $100 for it.

I totally feel what he's saying about the unreleased material. I do the same exact thing with my band! Some things just stick and some things don't. It's important and fun to just "write write write" and then cherry pick the best ones to release. Before listening to this interview I always felt bad about my tendency to write songs of all different genres and always feel like I'm not being cohesive enough, now I realize it's part of the process. Great interview!
I get this, but I feel they don't always often pick the best songs to put on the albums. So many of their b-sides are better than songs that get put on the albums, and the band doesn't seem to even realize it themselves.
It would be really awesome if you could do a bit of an overview of the different "mysteries" around the album releases, especially sing the sorrow and decemberunderground

Random aside: I'm listening through other recent (subjective, of course) episodes, and in last week's Black Palms episode you discuss the Boise Wall incident Jade brought up in his Instagram live clip- I was responsible for asking him about that during that video, because it was my first time seeing them live and made things pretty memorable. Had a great laugh to hear you all discussing it now, too!
