Quesley's theory hath been proven as logical once again
Mannn it means the world to me that ur seeing the vision for these releases. To answer ur curiosities about the context of the thing, your assumptions are pretty much on the money- some of the
songs are loosies from the creation of haunt you that just didn’t fit in the narrative of the album. others are songs I made after, that also won’t fit in the next album but I felt were still worth putting out. Hoping every song brings something new to the table and I’m excited to put out the next ones :) thanks again for all the feedback and putting the people on 🤝🤝
QUAD DID!
you're such an inspiration to me and many others. keep doing what you're doing
You might be him
QUAD DID
quad your music got me through my master's degree and I'm graduating in a few weeks thank you bro
Thought the Dignan feature on the Sisyphus remix was beautiful in a haunting way, hope to see the two work together musically more in the future
It was beautiful yet it was ugly
it was beautiful but it was stunning
It was beautiful still it was pretty
It was wet but it was soaking wet
Dignan's verse was somewhat, haunting yet scary
On a serious note as a Quadeca fan, it’s really great to see him get praise for his latest work. His versatility and boldness has been impressive as hell, especially the leaps he’s made since 2021. Hopefully he can get that yellow flannel soon. (IDMTHY SHOULD’VE BEEN AN 8 ANTHONY IM COMING AFTER YOU)
*at least an 8
Why do people take it personally when someone doesn't like something the same way they like that something? That's insane and closed minded.
i don’t think they’re taking it personally at all i think they’re just giving their opinion
@@dynomar11 chill dude it sounds like you're the one taking it personally aha
@@dynomar11You’re the only one taking anything personally. Obviously they’re joking around and giving their opinion on the album lmfao.
Objectively speaking, IDMTHY is at minimum an 8. That was a breakout album nobody expected from Quad and easily one of the top 10 of last year.
I’m just glad to see his continued success after “I Didn’t Mean to Haunt You”, he’s really coming into his own as a unique artist
Put all the Scrapyard songs in a playlist. It really doesn't matter the order. It will sound like an amazing EP.
With the number of songs by the end it’ll practically be a full album.
i did it already after the third scrapyard came out lmao
@@Tanwolly boy do i have news for u

The real lesson was the friends we made along the way. That friend being Dignan and his wide cast of 15 rotating roommates.
Is that a record?

Quadeca has been on an artistic roll and I'm here for it. I saw a few Brakence reddit threads shitting on Quad for A La Carte saying he was the worst part and they skipped to Brakence, and I couldn't disagree more. I'm so glad you see the vision with how refined and eclectic Quadeca's sound has become.
It wasn't his best performance but I appreciate the different sound even if it's not my favourite
reddit
reddit, lol
I showed A La Carte to a friend who had never heard either, completely out of context, and though I like both, she said Quadecas part was a lot better and that brakence didn't ruin the song for her, but that it took it down a notch
I thought they both brought their A Game to the track. Some people don't like Quad's vocal delivery, but I like that it progressively gets cleaner as the song goes on.
Glad we’re finally putting some respect on my man Quadonkulous’s name. Been a fan since the his Fifa Versus Rap days, it’s been an honor to watch him grow as an artist. Love you Quadrilateral.
Quadeca’s evolution since the last scrapyard is truly inspirational. He’s an artist 🥹
Ever since i found out he spawned Lil Mabu i can't overlook it
What?
@@georgeforeman7431Quadeca has a message from a few years ago that Lil Mabu sent him saying he was his biggest inspiration in making music.
@@georgeforeman7431 mabu dmd him to tell him he was his main inspiration when he decided to start making music
@@georgeforeman7431 Quadeca's ksi diss track inspired Lil Mabu to start rapping
Damn. That is a mark.
Really hope we get a JPEG and Quad collab in the distant future... or even better a whole tape. That would be incredible.
If we somehow manage to get Ghost-Pop era peggy for when it happens, instant masterpiece.
why. That combo doesn't make sense to me. I hope those two artists continue to make amazing music separate to each other due to the lack of comparability between their sounds.
need that tape too... and im not talking about music
@@nuptvalorant1494I think Quad can work with almost everybody and make something great
@@nuptvalorant1494Danny Brown and Quadeca doesn’t make sense either, and yet their collaboration was fucking amazing lmfao.
I think Quad is perfectly capable of collabing with anybody and it working. He’s versatile as shit.
I already know Quadeca is watching this video crying *very melancholic* tears of joy
It’s crazy Hypochondriac was the album that got me into Hyperpop / Glitchpop or whatever you want to call it today… it then led me to explore other artists such as Ericdoa, Glaive, 50Landing, Braden Ross and the list keeps going. In my opinion Hypochondriac is just one of those albums I could sit and listen to all the time and not get sick of it and that’s hard to come by, very few projects are like that and I get bored easily. Anyways Quadeca is killin it I need more.
its bubble gum pop not hyperpop
all the same @@beppa1715
its kind of a shame how his doing this amazing songs and yet his popularity is way lower cause he isn't creating much "youtube content" so many people are missing out on how good he is. but at the same time. if he hadn't stopped with his youtube type content i doubt his music would have improved this much... mmm i dont know i hope that somehow he finds a resurgence in promotion. maybe does some interesting collabs. etc.
You couldnt be more wrong here. He is doing it right. Conflating this artistic growth with youtube content of any sort would sink this entire thing.
He is managed by someone that does a bunch of oddball hyperpop artists. They know what they are doing.
If you check the top comments here, there is a big thread about his collabs with hivemind.
@@tmw3489 read the entire comment my guy
@@theailym i did and you couldnt be more wrong, mate. He did that and it is one of the top comments under this video. He has amazing management who does next level shit, your pleb input isnt needed.
@@tmw3489 well in my pleb opinion my liege i dont know why you take it as me dissing Quadeca or take it as me wanting him to do that type of content. BUT the reality of the internet is that when you dont do that content the algorithm wont favor you no matter what. i want him to succeed to be super succesfull. but the facts are that his streams and views and channel growth HAS declined a lot because his now more dependent on ONLY reactors to share his music and less and less popular reactor are reacting to his music. thats just a fact. BUT i think now his core fans are more loyal. so yea.
@@theailym You are literally completely wrong. His music career has never been bigger than this very moment.
That is obviously all that matters to them.
It is 100% the right move and you do not know what you're talking about at all.
To think I followed this guy after some goofy beef with KSI, actually got hooked on his music, and actively partook in the best artistic glow up I’ve ever seen, far surpassing KSI’s glow up from a shit tier rapper to a solid pop star. Quadeca went from being a lyrical miracle rippity rapper to a multifaceted producer, instrumentalist, singer songwriter extraordinaire. It’s actually unbelievable. In the spirit of thanksgiving weekend, I feel genuinely lucky to have discovered Quadeca and watched his growth, and I’m grateful for that and what his music has done for me in different times of my life.
he's a genius

WO WAMDIN
OH SHITTTTT QUADANKA DID
As someone who listened to Ben beforehand and only lightly paid attention to him his new stuff is unironically some of my fav sounds in music period. I can say definitively after IDMTHY I became a fan and after these singles it's shown me how versatile of an artist Ben really is. Each pack has made me more and more excited for the next one and even more excited for future releases.
Loving how quickly Quadeca is growing into an incredible artist, I still can't believe this is the same dude who dropped that corny KSI diss. Considering hes only 23, its almost scary to think about what he could accomplish if hes THIS talented already.
That KSI diss was honestly pretty fire tho
That ksi diss was a BANGER!!
Lmao put respect on Insecure that song SLAPS
all diss tracks are corny but his diss track was fire loo
Corny Diss? CORNY DISS??? shame on you.
quadiki torch is gonna be so moist seeing this
Thank you for giving him this exposure. I wish everyone experiences how good his music is
no one does 1/16 audio like qadonka
I couldn't be prouder to say that I am a Quadeca fan and he is my favorite new artist, even though he has nearly a decade of music.
you not liking hypochondriac is still the largest source of grief in my life. there are not multiple missing persons within 500 meters of my current location.
u hit that quadeca impression insanely well.. please get massive gages
To me it’s just insane how much he has evolved. It somehow feels very fast, however you can literally see how he progressed because he’s been on UA-cam since he started.
Every project has an improvement compared to the previous one.
THANK you for realizing how good it is, Fantano. I thought the UA-cam rapper thing was always a gimmick, so I didn’t get into him until the last few months, and holy shit, he’s like my favorite artist right now. What I really like is how unique his sound is. The closest thing I could compare it to is JPEG, but less disjointed and more melodic, which is what I don’t like about jpeg sometimes. So quadrant hits all the right notes for me. I’m not sure if Quadflip makes all of his own beats, but I’d imagine so with how similar they are. “Orchestral rap” is what I refer to it as personally. Shit slaps, can’t wait for more from Quasimodo!!!
IDMTY was a crazy album for me.
My brother of all people showed it to me while in a pretty fucked up state.
I was super skeptical at first as I had heard things like it , and it just sounded a bit noisy at first.
But as the project continued on, it really started to grip me, and by the time Fantasy World came on I had a literally physical reaction to it and started feeling lightheaded.
This album ultimately ended up making me realize that I was suffering from depression, but just was so far gone I didn't even realize it.
From there I struggled a bit and then finally got help.
Regardless I LOVE the album and think it is one of a kind.
I LOVE the scrapyard tracks as well and think they are a nice balance of old and new Quadeca.
I am excited to see where he takes things regardless.
I think Quadeca is my favourite artist. I've been listening to him since his viral KSI diss-track 'Insecure,' and I never would've expected the progression he's made in 5 years. IDMTHY was easily my favourite album to come out last year, and these new Scrapyard tracks are BEAUTIFUL. I'm so proud of Quadookie 😎😎😎
man Guess Who has the craziest lyrics ive ever seen, like what is that second verse man??? i just want to scream it and wake up the whole fucking block of flats at 2 am
im so proud of Quaranta
he should release all the scrapyard songs as a full project at the end of the releases
nah that would b lazy
Just because he made IDMTHY, doesn't mean you can just call him a "ghost" of his former self for 7 minutes.
pretty much all of my favorite songs from this year have been from Scrapyard. Even though many of the tracks are "leftovers" I can't say a single one isn't worth listening to.
Quadeca said up top, they are more leftovers because they don’t fit any of his albums, doesn’t mean he thought they weren’t good enough for them.
@@mocapcow2933 I'm aware
HE DESERVES ALL PRAISE 🙇♂️🔥
It's insane that genuinely some of my favourite songs of the year are coming from the Scrapyard packs. Also it's full on baffling that the packs are getting better than the last, quadonkila did......
He can’t miss anymore, it’s incredible.
Thank god we are giving Tribeca his flowers
been on the quandingle train since his diss against KSI, him and joji are changing the perception of what youtuber turned artist can be. nakeyjakey is great too imo, brings a lot of personality to his music that you dont see a lot
You can hear the influence from Dignan
Since 2017 I been saying quad is something special, he’s releasing some of the coolest music I’ve listened to. So excited to see where he’s gonna go from here

These are some of the best tracks, if not the best tracks of the year thank you so much for giving him a chance. Also u won’t see this but if u do PLEASE listen to “being yourself” it’s a track by him very similar to the stuff on pack 2 and 3 and it’s goated

still mad about your Hypochondiac review
for better or for worse, i feel like tiktok 's sped up trend has made a lot of artists comfortable with experimenting with pitch shifting vocals, pretty cool
Idk about that, Bon Iver, at least to my knowledge, is a way bigger inspiration for like artists to experiment with vocals. I could hear that Quadeca loves Bon Iver though at least.
@@mocapcow2933 mmm disagree, maybe for Quadecca individually it’s Bon Iver but generally I’d say it’s more been hyperpop and the sped up trend I’ve noticed
@@Daydrmmms pitch shifting, Frank ocean. Also huge inspiration for many artists, for hyperpop, all of PC music, gecs too. Anyone inspired by tik tik speed up trend just speed up their music.
