- We caught one of the rarest in the world and best eating Marlins while fishing in Hawaii. It's known as a Short bill Marlin, spearfish or Hebi in Hawaii. This species of Marlin is by far a prized catch for eating in Hawaii. It's a species of Marlin that can only be caught in a few places around the world with Hawaii being one of them!
We were able to take our prized catch to a local Taco Shop in Hawaii that is known for Fish Tacos! Lets just say Chef Reggie didn't disappoint with his cooking skills. This was hands down the best fish tacos I ever had and now I know why he is known for his tacos. Thanks again to Chef Reggie for coming in oh his day off to help us out. The Ensenada style smoked marlin tacos are better. Theses look good but definitely the Ensenada style is better
