    Right on, I enjoyed the upload. Family first! I wanted to let you know I’ve been doing pop ups since November and you were a big factor. Obviously it’s something I’ve wanted for a while, but watching you and a few others gave me that confidence boost!

    What’s up from San Antonio, nice looking briskets and glad to see you back on it. I hear you trying to keep family right top priority(I have a wife and 2 daughters). I really hadn’t sold on holidays much until I saw how you did. I ran a few runs of spares on my 250, sold by the rack and got them all out. Super Bowl, 🤙. Be well.

    how long was the hold on the 1st brisket and last brisket out of your cambro? Also what was the grade of Briskets? Thanks.

      If I’m not mistaken from 1:30am or 2am till 12:30pm is when I sliced it. Since I had 6 briskets in 1 cambro they stayed warm longer.
