Mine is actually 2GB ram and 32GB rom as advertised. We have the same hardware SOC which is AC8227L quadcore 32-bit processor. The store advertised it as Android 13 but the actual android version is 12. It is a Mekede brand. Don't know why they don't just put the real android version in System Info. Maybe your unit is of the remaining stocks that are not sold. They edited the hardware specs info just to attract the buyers. It is actually not a fake Android head unit, they are only faking the informations to attract buyers. They are the old stocks. And they are really slow bec they are still using old hardware from 2016.

My issue was resolved after upgrading my firmware, I could see all my RAM. Check my other videos.
