yo nihil, quick question. how many hours in total do you have logged in to DDDA for me personally I only have 900~ but I'm curious on how many you have. 🤔
I recently finished a playtrhough of BBI, Fighter solo, you know, so I could really get to understand the class, I also threw in entering "naked", that is no items or tools (I find it fine to use items when not in combat), also no BBI equipment (I handicapped myself a bit too much at the start since the best thing I was carrying was a gold almace :V), Daimon was a ankle slasher fest, but in the end I got it (Used a red dragon's dogma), living armors kicked my ass a bunch of times, but I got the strats down. I found it very fun, hindering yourself (within reason) really makes you slow the pace and see things you never noted before when you have to play more careful with enemies. It gets you as close to DarkSouls as it gets. I think gold Grigory equipment is the sweet spot for not op, yet viable dmg. Anyway, after that I did the same with ranger, but no dagger allowed (except for wraiths), since there's no ranger dagger skills, and after that one, I tried Warrior, but I only got until duskmoon tower with the one firedrake and hellhounds... That freaking class is just so boring and underpowered, no matter how many times I try to use it, I can't find fun in it. It really does feel like a team only class. Oh, also I found a way to use the Dpad hotkeys like in the console version, but it requires you to launch the game in Big Picture mode. You just need to use the mode shifting in the D pad section and assign it to right bumper, and then add a dpad and bind the new dpad to keys 1-4. It works pretty well, except for whatever reason it lags the game for a split second the first time you use it, maybe it¿s just my pc.
I agree that the red forged Grigori gear seems to be the sweetspot for "balance" in BBI. And yeah, if you can instakill everything then you never learn anything from the enemies. Also it's boring when you can instakill everything. I like an attack of 1500-1800 in pre Daimon, and then 2200 for post Daimon. I also had lag with dpad quick access, that's why I don't use it for lantern.
I finally got all of your gear and DFG'ed etc. Still, though, I seem to lack ~800+ from your character's strength. What am I missing ? My char is also leveled as a warrior all the way.
So, what is the warrior's thing? I know they get lots of str and damage soaking, I'm just not sure what you can do with them that you can't do better with another class.
Warriors have the best stun capability. All of their attacks deal a good deal of stun and knockdown, so your main strategy is to lock enemies down to open up windows for heavier hits. It's why you see Nil use Pommel Bash and Jump LA so much. Warriors are tanky, but only so much, which is why Exodus Slash is used a lot to avoid damage. Honestly, Warrior is outclassed by a lot of things in terms of damage, but when played correctly, they can really keep things locked down. Though soloable, Warriors are best used in my experience in conjunction with casters and rangers to keep things away from them.
@@OlympusPublicAffairs that makes sense. I guess my main gripe with the warrior is the lack of another set of skills. Maybe the developers thought having 3 skills instead of 6 made them more balanced with the Ranger and Sorcerer. But balance was clearly not an issue when developing the hybrid classes.
Nah, it comes down to preference and style. I don't like Mage. As far as capability, Warrior would be the weakest and the most limited. I like Fighter.
Nope. Did it once and it was sooooo boring for me. Punch this, punch that, for hours. Fist only is kinda fun as Strider, with the dodge, jump and climbing damage, but still pretty boring.

Yep, I-frames are great. i always use his arm grab as a window to attack his heart. Convince him to grab, attack heart, let him try a grab again, and attack heart again
@@Nihil0.0 lol that's so abusive,fun
I dont know if its handcapped but it looks fun as hell. Is it rly that handcapped?
Dear diary
I wonder how tomorrow will turn out.i start to resent the burden of testing, but without this burden, I would have no thrill in school... Is it a thrill in the first place? One good score and all you can see is a wide smile on my face--happiest man. Period. One bad score and melancholy ensues. Dear Science teacher, have mercy.
Oh yeah you should've showed off iraklis!
Well, i would wish you luck with your tests, but I think we know luck has nihil to do with it. ..... So I will wish you knowledge and confidence.
And.... yeah, Iraklis should have been used more. But I often only find Iraklis fun on certain enemies, and Daimon is not one of 'em. Like Eliminators and Elder Ogres, Iraklis is very notable and super thrilling, but Daimon..... is..... well F'n Daimon.
Oh and Death too. Iraklis is fun with Death
@@Nihil0.0 I'm watching the rest of the video now that test day is over
Status report: my test went terrible; I sent an apology email to my teacher and I cried to my mom.
yo nihil, quick question. how many hours in total do you have logged in to DDDA for me personally I only have 900~ but I'm curious on how many you have. 🤔
Ummmmmm. Between xbox 360 and 4 steam accounts, I probably have 4000 hours I suppose.
DragonForged gear or Gold Rarified gear. There will be a big difference there. And then Autonomy augment and Clout augment too.
@@Nihil0.0 All done except Autonomy. I guess that's from a different Vocation then, since I don't have it available. Thanks !
What did you level with for this solo run? Was it JUST warrior to 200?
likely fighter 1-10, then 190 lvls as warrior as shown in video
How did you get to 800 on knockdown?
Always refer to your videos hope you an the wife are doing well
Can you only select 3 skilss on a worrior ?
Yes for whatever reason
warrior is my favorite class, but u need an explorar/strider pawn to be competent in BBI!
Mein respekt, mein Freund :)
Danke herr. Krieger ist spass
gut gemacht
Loool what level is this guy. Friend tried getting me to play Dark Arisen but my attacks tickle and I have way lower HP
He's most likely maxed out
Have you did the same with fighter?
Basically yeah, I've done it as all. I have many videos here. Here is my Fighter playlist -

@@Nihil0.0 Thanks !
do you get more xp for playing solo?
Yep. Double exp for solo
You think arc of deliverance is bad to use?
I'm not a fan of Arc of. I like a fast Warrior
Nihil, what vocation you think is the worst? Fighter?
Nah, it comes down to preference and style. I don't like Mage. As far as capability, Warrior would be the weakest and the most limited. I like Fighter.
I remember when whisper did solo as warrior and fighter. He would use those skulls. I know you dont like to use tools but just food for thought
Yeah, curse is very helpful. I do not like the spare inventory, mostly for OCD reasons.
Nihil0.0 gotcha
And again i can NOT HAVE DARK ARISEN why 😭😭😭its so bad plz nihil0.0 help me
0:13 greetings from germany lol
Nett. Immer gut zu habe du hier DaDog
p.s. it's been a long time since I have used Deutshce
35:00 piñata
Level build?
It shows right in the beginning that it's 190 levels as Warrior. I'm guessing the first 10 levels are Fighter
How are you healing so fast
BBI Armor has Enhancements attached to them. 1 is the health replenish
Bare hands solo run >:)
Nope. Did it once and it was sooooo boring for me. Punch this, punch that, for hours. Fist only is kinda fun as Strider, with the dodge, jump and climbing damage, but still pretty boring.
Poor Gazer...
Yeah, I think I saw a tear come from his eye
"solo"
But 999999+ hours 😂
Yep. Maybe not that many hours, but definitely more than the other vocations can do it
Unpopular opinion: warrior=worst class 😂😂😂
Nah, I say Mage
@@Nihil0.0 damn
there's no challenge when everything is maxed out 😒😒😒
