New Camping Season, New Problems!

- We took the first trip this year to Atwood Lake to de-winterize. In the process we found not one, but two leaks! We also had our newest and youngest guest yet. It was a windy, wet, and stressful weekend.
First trip of the season is always a big one in some way! (We're so glad now that we're full-timing it in a traveling wooden tiny house, that we don't have 1st season trips anymore... though we still have issues pop up!) The campground you stayed at is soooooo pretty! Cheers to many more awesome, hopefully more relaxing, and definitely wonder-filled camping trips to come this season!
Our goal is to full-time one day! Very jealous that you're out their FT already!

We took our 22MLE in April to do a “shake down”. We had issues as well. We live in Colorado and weather can be questionable in April. We discovered 2 problems. 1. When we ran the furnace it would blow the fuse in the thermostat. We still haven’t figured that out. We’ve been able to live without the furnace for now and the AC still works. 2. We also discovered a leak behind the water intake panel. I was able to wrap the fitting with silicone tape to get us through that trip. Turned out to be 2 cone washers had gone bad. Owning an RV can sometimes be aggravating, but we love it. Happy travels and we’ll see you down the road.
Ours leaked in the same area as yours! Behind the water intake panel. We unfortunately also just had another leak last weekend from the hot water tank. The way it was piped in was at a funky angle. Assuming it snapped when we hit a bump and tank moved.
