I own a 208 GTi By PeugeotSport. The one shown in the video (regular GTi) is at 200BPH compared to the BPS' 205-208BPH, and lacks the Torsen differential found in the BPS version, and sits higher too. The BPS is a different beast to the stock GTi, and is a better comparison to the Trophy Clio RS. Peugeot, depending on your country (in my case, France), tends to be more reliable than Renault when it comes to mechanics and parts wear.

If only Clio rs comes with manual transmission, it’s definitely a clear winner for clio
Watch out for timing chain stretch on that Peugeot! Prefer to have the Nismo 1.6 in my Clio RS phase2 cup.
so which had the faster lap time?
should have tested the peugeot sport version with mechanical diff lowered suspension bigger wheels and brakes not a fair comparison
Both awesome cars :}
That 208 gti is not by Peugeot Sport so does not have a diff!
Renault Sport know a thing or two about performance.............
The Peugeot is miles ahead of the Renault for everyday use. It even looks better.
why bother mentioning fuel economy, to not state a figure?
So in real life the Peugeot is better.
RENAULT NO SÓLO FABRICA AUTOMOVILES, FABRICA JOYAS. TODO DICHO🏎️🏎️
The 208 looks so aimless and stodgy, love my Clio R.S. !
208
The Peugeot sure looks better.
