- The 3D motion design landscape is changing. In this session, you’ll learn how 3D artists are starting to use the incredible real-time power of Unreal Engine to create beautiful motion graphics, product visualizations, and broadcast design for television, film, commercials, and web.
From the photoreal to the surreal, see how artists are creating mind-bending 3D design and art with the unmatched rendering speed in Unreal Engine. After all, if games can look this good in real time, why can’t motion design?
We’re excited to bring you sessions from Unreal Fest 2023, available to watch on demand: • Unreal Fest '23 Playlist
Great job Nick and congrats on the latest launch 🤙🏾
I am amazed by real-time rendering in Unreal Engine - I am waiting for the motion design update :)
I really felt lonely and proud watching this, listening to him talk about everything remind me of my journey, the road that got me here, all thanks to great companies like epic and great youtubers like all the people he shout out XD i love them all, i love this. Its a dream to be in that crowd one day.
Been a long time coming for this!!! HELL YEAH! Motion graphics done in realtime!!
If only Epic could support HTML5 build, imaging the motion design we could develop for web, I would love to see a UE5 HTML5 SPA (Single Page Application) based web experience.
They used to (support HTML5 build) in UE4. Missing it hardcore in UE5.
Thinking about this more and I'm trying to stay hopeful that we might see it again one day as a build option when performance improvements have been made.
Unreal is Power!
Everything in the world is accelerating, sometimes it’s even disturbing /If you don't keep up with technology, you'll simply be thrown into the dustbin of history.😢
Very true
Veo esta presentación y vuelvo a sentir que estoy en el camino correcto... Grande Unreal Engine! ❤🔥
I can't wait to test Project Avalanche.
So glad GSG is embracing UE. Should we be expecting a light kit pro type plugin too? Although maybe a hook up with Metashoot is a better look. Good luck GSG.
Long time no see! Great Presentation!
25:49 The Left side is Unreal and the Right side is 3D rendered. Please confirm haha
Check out those renders!
6:05 Dead god!! It's The Cube horror movie set 😂 (the original 1997, not the newer one)
I hope unreal be free for life, As high school graduate doing freelance projects where sometimes clients doesn’t even pay… Hard to survive.
Awesome video,I also don't want to say goodbye to c4d but I feel that is the way things are heading , as much I love and adore Jonathan Winbush and Pwinsher , William Faucher is just on another level, this is just me , I think if Unreal makes their material system similar to blender nodes or redshift materials nodes and has a robust python setup similar to c4d or blender I will switch without any questions , as good as Unreal is its material is where I have a bit of a problem , I wish its blueprint was similar to xpresso.
Same. We already switched to Unreal for most of our projects. Still do most modeling and animation outside and can´t wait for strata to get out of beta...
any tutorials on how to get that smooth motion on objects floating like that
Would love to see Unreal Engine in c4d viewport
How to create animations for 2D game characters? How to play animation in the game?
Thank you Nick for the work you have done, and hopefully will do in the future. I learned a lot from you and your team. Great to see you on Unreal band-wagon and looking forward to what you'll do with it once we get Avalanche 🙂
Nick I would like to see my work on your shoutout I have also done some of good works in unreal engine you check with it and soon gonna start with tutorials as well
anybody have any tutorials on how to get things to interact like 21:00
One very famous blogger has been living in China for 15 years and he says that China completely changes every 5 years (They already have anti-glare lasers on all roads)
Is this better than houdini?
Please let me know
So motion graphic is all about cloner🤧
He really wants to sell that $500 collection of materials. Bring the price down, guy. You're not talking to a C4D group here. Your competitor megascans is the price of free
But Megascans don't do training and the type of plugins GSG do for their customers, so not an equitable comparison.
someone give me a tldr
Thanks so much for the shoutout Nick! 🥹 Never thought my work would be shown at an Unreal Fest so it really means a lot 🙏🏽
Good info but I was somewhat put off by his constant use of Uh. Not sure why public speakers are not encouraged more to try to break that one habit.
Why not trying speaking in public yourself to find out why
He doesn't even say uh that much 😒
I would say for a 30 min presentation he didn’t quite use fillers as much as normal people would
He can do better but it isn’t the worst and not that big of a deal imo
Didn't even notice it
i would love to listen you speak infront of a crowd give presentation :D
