The logic is flawed. You pay for the service, nobody is getting it for free. It's unclear how the idea of password sharing, which is allowed with the service you've paid for, has been portrayed as freeloading. When you pay for the service, it should not be considered as such.
Just canceled my membership today! This will tank Netflix hopefully and any other streaming service that follows suit.

Netflix has told their customers they were allowed to use their services as long as they were immediate family. This is something new and is wrong. They should at least allow those already in the system to grandfather in. I hope they go out of business. I am using my son’s account which for years I paid for. Now that he has bought a house of his own I being kicked to the curb. Shame on them.

No one is stealing, they are sharing their accounts that they paid for. If anything Netflix is taking rights away from paying customers

Well my son uses my account he lives with his mother in Indiana but I get him on weekends and bring him to Arkansas and spends his breaks down here so he's part of my house hold we've been paying the $21 for years I have no problem cancelling if they don't understand and cut my son off

Confused. I have never shared my N password except with my two kids who live with me. Does this mean we can only log in at home? Not while camping or stuck in a waiting room? That's inconvenient.

Some IP's when you have the top-level service offer only dynamic IP addresses, due to how they structure the speed. I have options for either / or on my 12000 mbps connection, but my parents 1500 mbps connection doesn't...
