Hi, Lily! I just found your channel yesterday and have been watching so many of your videos, so thanks for sharing! I’m a baker / pastry chef in Cleveland, Ohio. I have a cottage bakery called Li’l Boîte Patisserie, where I do wholesale (and soon, retail) pastry and patisserie. I was doing pop-up events last year and it is a lot of work! I’d like to do some farm markets this year as well. I really enjoy seeing what other bakers are doing.
