That's a good one, one of my favourites is the expedition (in presumably one of the poles) and they are all in a tent, freezing and starving, because Mitchells character won't allow them to eat the Christmas hamper contents. 🤣🤣
@@applecorplooking at your profile picture, I imagine you’re not a fan of the Poles… I would like to say, this is a joke and I respect your views. I just saw an opportunity
There's a behind the scenes (that was just before this sketch) where they try to do a southern accent, claiming it to be easy, and then just give up and decide not to do the accent.
I don't know if you still take recommendations on british comedies to review but there is one that I love I think you would like. It's name is 'two pints of lager and a packet of crisps'. It's brilliant and a classic show. Real taste of hilarious british culture 🤣 😆
At this point, I feel you need to delve a little deeper into Armstong & Miller. So pleased you did a few compilations of the WWII pilots, but I think you need to break the proverbial ice by, at the very least, getting the "Gay Bar" skit under your belt. After that you could casually experience the aroma of the many "Brabbins and Fyyfe" adventures, maybe partake in a little "Sportsfest", or; as you so enjoy Gordon Ramsey so much, maybe "Rude Chef" would be a option. So many others... Imaginary family, forgetting to take the bins out... and the one I cannot find: The skit about the cheating wife and clueless husband. 😆I don't know, just watch random clips. I doubt you will ever be disappointed.
What about the Florida panhandle? That seems to be pretty 'southern', the golfer Bubba Watson is from Bagdad, FL and that is basically Alabama from what I can gather...
There’s a between sketch bit right before it where they discuss that they’re not doing accents, bc David Mitchell can’t do the accent and Robert Webb is convinced he can and it’s a really bad attempt
I know you're from Caketown, and think of yourself as a northerner, but Dollarstore Cornwall is about as far south as you can get in the SA (States of America).
The "we're not doing the accents" recurring joke was a reference to Kenneth Brannagh's coming out against actors putting accents on during an interview about his hollocaust drama "Conspiracy." The cast of Mitchell and Webb thought this was stupid and were determined to get back at him as much as possible.
For an absolutely hilarious English comedian with an unexpected hook on almost every joke, check out Jethro from Cornwall. He is probably England's version of America's funniest comedian, James Gregory.
Yes, of course Florida isn't in the South. Its far too far South to be in the South. I can't imagine why there might be any confusion. Its like Ireland. The most Northerly part of Ireland is in Southern Ireland. Its the same in Germany. There are three Saxony states. Saxony, Saxony Anhalt and Lower Saxony. And you won't be surprised to find that Lower Saxony is the highest on the map of the three. I think we need David Mitchell to do a Soapbox about these rather dubious namings.
I'd recommend you react to Mitchell & Webb's 'Linden Tree' sketch, it's probably one of their best!
That's a good one, one of my favourites is the expedition (in presumably one of the poles) and they are all in a tent, freezing and starving, because Mitchells character won't allow them to eat the Christmas hamper contents. 🤣🤣
Yes definitely the Linden tree sketch!😂
Can you smell…

Michelle and Webb 'kill all the poor '. You really need to see this one
Laughed so hard when you mentioned the accents being used because I knew what was coming.😂
I don't recall this sketch so the ending was even better.
I was waiting for that reveal at the end after you mentioned them not bothering with the accents :)
Other than "Are we the baddies?" there's the Casino Royale parody.
Got here at 2am. Briefly thought you’d moved your desk. It’s that kind of shit that stops me sleeping 😂😂
Love the behind-the-scenes bits in general - which include addressing the accent issue.
I’d forgotten I’d recommend this one and was happy to see it pop up in the feed 😂
😅 Priceless 😅 thanks KB
the southern drawl comes from the north of England.
Looks like a bong I used to have in the background, bit taller though
That extra paraffin buzz
You need to watch the sir Digby chicken caesar sketches
Quiet Ginger! Remember you are deep undercover and also remember REMAIN INDOORS.
Only one world for a Mitchell and webb sketch that I know you'll love....... RADAR!!!!!
I've never understood why they spell clan as "klan" 😂
Because KKC would just be silly.
Actually, I believe they started as the Ku Flux Clan, but that just caused confusion.
One sounds pretty ruthless the other like a chicken outlet
@@gvigary1 the Kung Fu Clan
Must be due to the American education system and the three ‘R’s’ - Reading…er..Riting…and Rithmatic 😂
I take this as historical fact
As an American, you will obviously enjoy Mitchell and Webb Alien Invasion.
M&W the Nazi sketch with skulls
Are we the baddies? 😂
You should watch full episodes of Mitchell and Webb, missing the occasional link with each sketch

there are two good ones, animal hospital and homeopathic hospital. just fantastic
Please watch , Nighty Night black uk humour comedy from 2004
Some good Mitchell and Webb sketches include: Homeopathic A&E, Working from Home and Rogue Surgeons.
Who'd have thunk it, it was all a ploy to make them look silly :)

Have you reacted to 'Are we the badies?' I think you probably have it's one of their most iconic ones. Also their conspiracy sketches are grea.
Hey boomer, Mitchell and web evil genius is a great sketch
Hi King Boomer, you and the queen should react to Lee Evans "talking about the wife", it's hilarious 😂😂.
I have 4 words for you.......Sir Digby Chicken Caesar!
Queen Victoria and the Linden Tree . Michell and webb
Check out their Dr Death sketch!

That’s more or less true yes.

You'll have to play Elvis's American Trilogy now! :-D
Klan?????? Its Clan😅😅😅😅😅

Recommend M+W’s Corner Shop and Insulting Librarian sketches.
You need to watch the adventures of sir digby chicken cesear
You will love it
Just watch the series.
The Klan was founded by Scottish settlers, and that’s where the ‘Klan’ comes from, however I have no idea why it’s spelt with a K
Racists are a bit thick and inbred so maybe they lacked the brains to spell a four letter word

WTF was that at the beginning?
😂
I love all of that 'muppetry' makes me laugh
This is not the channel for that question 😂
Please watch celebrity juice!
I think.hes in bama lol. Maybe he's moved but pretty alabama is his college football team.

Im so offended... audio sounds like the mic is in a bucket at the end of the room
He needs a cardioid mic I guess. Still not bad though, just a bit echoey
You're offended?! That's a very strange thing to say in relation to not liking the sound on a UA-cam video.

Have you seen or heard of any Count Arthur Strong, Boomer? Seriously, mate, his creator, Steve Delaney is a comedic genius.
