    Mel is one of my favorite human beings!!!! She takes things that are so simple and puts them into perspective! This morning, I hit snooze once, then said "Mel would be saying to get out of bed, because I'm not gaining anything productive by just laying here." And so I got up, put on makeup, and my kids weren't late to school!

    Make sure you add real Celtic Sea Salt or true Himalayan salt to your water to get the key minerals your body needs. Most water out there has no real minerals at all.

    Divorce is never the way out, My wife and I have been having issues before I sort out help from a spiritual adviser, i wasn't going to let my marriage of 18years crash.

    I will watch this again, write down the amazing suggestions and set a goal to live by this. This was great with the exception of the fact that from 10:50-11:08 this conversation went HAYWIRE! Jenna drove me crazy interrupting Mel, raising her voice at her and derailing the warm tone that should have prevailed here. Why invite someone on your show to HELP if you’re going to finish their sentences (as if they aren’t capable of doing that on their own) and insult their intelligence? You invited them to SHARE and what do you do? You TAKE OVER! Go to the “school of Diane Sawyer” and learn how to interview a guest. The only way to learn is to shut up when you’re being taught and ABSORB KNOWLEDGE. This goes for Jimmy Kimmel, Kelly Clarkson and others who think they know how to interview. I miss Barbara Walters, Charlie Rose and Larry King.

    Why they had to mention her age?

    • @mariee.5912
      @mariee.5912 Рік тому +1

      Because Mel talks about reinventing yourself, not matter your age. It's nevr too early or too late.

    I thought Making Space was your successful podcast, Hoda. How did Today end up with this segment and this title and this format. You have to start recognizing your incredible value and talent, Hoda, and stop letting people lessen that for you. Whether in love, in business, at work, etc.

    • @AngelGrl135
