Has anyone noticed in the last scene after the credits a different guy reveals the abuse everyday after counting 7 people in total
Previous victims. It was to be expected really. One of the most primeval and Powerful urges a human has is the sexual urge. There's literally no chance in hell a sexual predator such as Buster won't touch anyone for 12 years. If this was about Power then maybe but this is purely about gratification on his part. Even if he has sex with a thousand women that won't help in the slightest if he's attracted to teenage boys. There simply had to be victims in the time between Brody and Ollie, and Before Brody too. People like Buster can't be fixed, nor rehabilitated because they're hardwired to satisfy their sexual needs. All humans are, but most of us do it with an adult, consenting partner and not a helpless kid like this disgusting piece of shit.

@@remruna3538 You are right about the likelihood of there being previous victims - most of the rest you are wrong about. Firstly therapy has proven successful with many previous rapists, abusers and violent people. Secondly there are many types of abusers of youths or children. Most of them are previous victims of abuse themselves. That is the closest thing to a common denominator there is to be found. Otherwise abusers comes from all social classes, with or without higher education, with or without their own children and so on and so forth. Their motives and MOs also can differ greatly. Some are into the power and control element, some are revisiting emotions and experiences from when their own sexual identity began to form, some have a desire for the forbidden, some believes themselves to be sex gods and like to try everything there is to try, some are emotionally immature and as a consequence feel more on the level with young and immature youths than people their own age, some have had their fantasies teased with either images or more they have encountered (often online).
Because Buster has shown an interest in grown women as well as teenage boys - before he got together with Marnie he flirted with Myra - he is likely to be more straight than gay. In fact he might not be gay at all, but the abuse he subjects his victims to could be a result of himself having been sexually abused by males himself. And by getting other young men to subject themselves to what he himself was subjected to, he feels less an outsider, because he is not alone of having engaged in that type of sexual activity.
But it is also possible Buster sees himself as someone so into sex, he wants to try everything - and regard himself as sexually adventurous, or to not be scared of his own sexual urges (this type tend to regard ordinary people who tend to be monogamous as inferior to themselves, and to be boring and timid of their own sexuality). Could explain why he both showed an interest in Myra and Marnie (not exactly the same type, are they?).
But were I to place money on it, I would guess - because of his MO and the way he used both the carrot and the whip to get Ollie where he wanted him, Buster has himself been abused as a kid/youth, and by having other go through the same, doesn`t feel inferior to them. Most abusers are either into the power thing, or they manipulate their victims to get them to behave and do as they want them to. The fact Buster has used both suggest it being so important to him to get Ollie to do what he wanted, the motive likely was that if Ollie wouldn`t, Buster would have felt bad about himself, since he had done what Ollie wouldn`t. As long as others do what Buster did, Buster himself feel less bad about what he had to do as a youth or kid.
So I suspect, strongly suspect, had this been real life, someone who behaved like Buster did during that photo session in the changing room, both threatening and persuading Ollie to cooperate, did so because it was so important for him to get Ollie to DO what he wanted him to do. Buster needed Ollie to do it, so Buster himself could tell himself he wasn`t weird or weak when he was made to do something similar when he himself was a kid or youth.
