Just recently started with endgame content and it's nice to know that what I have been doing actually matches with this video. Checking on the collection folders was something that didn't cross my mind for getting 15* weapons. Cheers
Yassss here we are at endgame!! Definitely weird to think just a year ago we were gearing up to start the experience hahaha
Would also recommend jumping into triggers and UQs after playing around with these and when you can survive the UH difficulty as the units and weapons that drop from there are a step up from the ones Anamana just mentioned! (maybe not lament quite yet! I'd argue you'd want to be more prepared so as not to spend 20 minutes in the mpa haha)

Im just going to wait for ngs. I'm behind on gear and i dont have access to crafting anyways. Also i cant handle UH at all which wasn't really surprising since i couldn't really handle XH either. Hopefully ngs wont be as complicated when it comes to upgrading and augmenting things i just couldn't get it.
Watching these videos brings me back to when I first started pso2 and started watching Anamana.

Same, he's the one that helped me learn a lot of the tips that I teach others and helped me actually enjoy the game. I too watch this while fondly remembering my time as a noob, was a completely different game back then. I always enjoy watching tutorial or tips and tricks videos on stuff I already know, it's somehow really entertaining.
got union talis's off the store with x8 and not gonna lie, even with lighting just regular shots of gizonde does close to 1M damage when not even near LV 80 or over +10. lightning force is awesome.
Thanks for the vid. Unfortunately, the guides I have seen for Luster so far don't go into detail on what weapons and units are recommended, only on affixes, s-grade augs and/or rings.
I'm a fan of this combo for end game weapons: Rivalate on your favorite style, trailblazer on your least favorite, and atlas ex for your second favorite style. I made a comment above about utilizing the three. As for units, I'm horrible at affixing so I'm using the rising shops Novel units to get a little extra PP and HP. In my experience I feel way too squishy without the extra HP from the Novel Units.
@@nicholasdamjanovich4686 I went for Rivalate for favorite, Trailblazer for secondary and Atlas EX for just in case. Using Rivalate units focusing on ranged along with HP and PP. Im used to squishy classes.
Critical strike ring for the right, get the range one if you can't afford the combo ring. Leap dodge is also decent IMO. And as a side note to the weapons I said I enjoy. Only the Atlas EX and Rivalate weapons can get s4 lifesteal strike. The trailblazer is literally only to top up pp in the off chance you start running out. I spam the rivalate unless I die once, then switch to atlas to get another free life, build to 500 voltage with atlas weapon, switch back to rivalate weapon to preserve the atlas free life.

For forces however, the orb rod still gives you pp when you attack enemies if you jave photon bullet, and ive found the orb rod really good for costsnt pp drain skills, as you still get 5pp per second while they are active.
i havent tried with the other classes, but i think you still get pp from normal attacks, sinxe i do with force, just not regen. the orb twin machine guns howerever are absolutely mo good for hero, cuz you wont get pp from your weapon action.
This is quite true. Even with Zero craft Strike Gust on bouncer, it feels like you can do that for ages now. And the rapid fire volley on Ranger can actually clear out an entire gold ticket with just that alone I believe, (or maybe I’m remembering silver ticket instead) but even then, it’s quite useful for that constant pp Regen no matter the scenario.

force player here, I only use the other classes on other characters. force is amazing especially when you get zero techs and a maxed mag.
No wonder I was lacking the end game build I got three of the novel armor and three Novel weapons

I havent been able to watch all of your videos yet, so i wanted to ask if you have any tips for newbes like me how to increase your PP ? I see a lot of videos of people who have 200+ PP. I think it was affixing? But havent really tested all the stuff yet. Its too much to explore all at once :3 So if you made a video already about it i will probably find it whil watching your list :p If not, could you maybe do one with explanations about it? Would be so helpful.
Nox weapons from weapon badge dealer does nicely until you can equip creosis collection folder gear.

Is croseus/millionaire better than Atlas EX when it doesn't have redux thanks to the hidden 15% damage in it's protentional?
I am a lvl 70 Hunter and i cant equip the Novel units cause of the DEX requirement, is there any alternative? Thx for the Great content, its really hard to find info on this game besides your channel :)

So I accidentally traded my novel units for ex-cubes when doing cradle xD anything easy to swap until get some medals back?
I believe your mistaken about the Orb weapon potential, what it actually replaces is the pp recovery you have passively not from attacking. I used the Orb Rod on jp for my phantom for a bit because the 5 pp per second actually continues even while charging a tech. I tested it on my braver (on global) and was still getting pp from regular attacks with an orb weapon from what I could tell.
I think there are 2 sets of Orb series. The purple set does stop natural PP recovery and gives you 5 per second. The red/orange orb set does not stop natural PP recovery, but doesn't restore as much PP per second.
Unfortunately the red/orange orb weapons aren't in the Collection folder.

@@kojixito Oh you seem to be right! I checked the Visiphone... I think I was mixed up because I've had a Dusk Harmonizer and an Orb assault rifle. One halted PP gain, the other didn't.

I was! I think I was looking at the weapon the wrong way, I'm in the process of clipping this out. Only the summoner has a unique potential.
I've been wondering if going Orb for Etoile would be a thing, considering one of the ray attacks is several seconds long animation and getting back PP while doing it sounds efficient. Also for Hero tmg, as if I get 5 PP back per second I shoot and it drains like 1 PP per tick, it would last a lot longer. Might have to try this now as I worried losing normal TP regen from attacks would be terrible on Etoile.

Maybe a useful tip for luster mains(or maybe well known, idk): Atlas EX weapons prevent death once per quest. Use the rivalate weapon as main with trailblazer for pp management, then if you happen to die, use your atlas weapon to give a second stack of a scapegoat to buffer yourself while building voltage to refresh luster will.

Yes and no, in my experience at least. When burning through phases of focus(initial bar, style purge, luster time) I'm usually running out of pp by the time I'm hitting the luster button to finish luster time. Also this is supposed to be for beginners just now cresting into endgame, right? Just thought I'd try to help.
Croseus's requirements are insanely low. I made a new themed character and just gave him one of those and he could use it at like level 40. XD
They really are! They provide an insane boost so early.
@Travis Whalen : Any luminmech should work so long as you get the drop/credit for killing it. Almost all quests where they appear drop rewards on completion, but you should also get credit if you just did, say, the very first story mission in Ep.6.
@Travis Whalen : That, I don't know, but I do know you can buy those triggers through the Alliance counter. (and you want lots of storage because so much stuff drops in that quest. XD )

Likely within the next few weeks. I wouldnt be surprised if we start getting materials needed for the weapons in the next Mission Pass on Tuesday/Wednesday
Do harmonizer matter?
The Orb weapons from Legendary 15* weapon 2 collection folder, has potentials that kinda stink for majority of classes. The only one not like the others is the Harmonizer.
The Potential of all Orb weapons (except harmonizer) overrides passive PP recovery and replaces it with 5 PP/s. PP recovered from normal attacks is untouched. This does mean, even during the use of a PA, or while holding a Charged Technique, you are still able to recover PP. Forces should avoid these weapons, except for their augment factor, if said factor is desired, because forces have a skill that gives them PP recovery while holding a charged technique.
The Harmonizer however, instead of overriding passive PP recovery, ADDS to the PP recovery. So on top of normal Passive PP recovery, you get an additional 2 pp/s. That 2 pp/s is also given while holding charged techniques, and during Pet PAs, during which normal Passive PP is not functioning.
As such: the Orb Harmonizer is a great 15* weapon for summoners. As such Summoners should have 2 harmonizers on then: The Orb, and Rykos(sp?). Orb for main quests and sub quests etc, and for UQ such as Armada Final Lament, and Armada Interception. Rykos(sp?), 14* harmonizer from RWB5 shop, for all other UQs, such as Persona, Luther, etc.
I'm level 11 and cant get any weapons or gear to drop that's above level 4, I'm trapped at less than 1k BP and cant get further in the quest until i get to 1.1k.
Clarification for the Orb weapons: They only replace passive PP regeneration. Attacks that restore PP will still do so.
The great thing about Orb weapons is that 5PP/s passive regen stops for nothing. It keeps going while I'm doing/charging PAs and Techniques. I can cast Techniques pretty much non-stop, especially if I can hit with Phantom-Rod's follow up attack. It's fantastic for PP drain skills like Phantom-Rifle's Shift-Nacht, which let's me run across most of the map before draining my PP bar.

So if you're just looking for NGS SPECIFICALLY.
Save your SG. All of it. This carries over into NGS so future SG related things can be purchased then.
Accessories. These are also carry-overs into NGS and work with either body types afaik.
Weapon Camos. This is probably where you'll want to spend meseta alongside Accessories. If you know what classes you might want to pick up get a cool weapon skin.
Hairstyles. These are also going to work in both versions.
Anything else is temporary at best. If you're not interested in the NGS movable fingers/higher res outfits in the future then you can also pick up any outfits/cast parts you might want.
What makes me mad about units is the rivalte units are so much harder to get than novel and yet they have the worst stats that's

As new player i barely understand half of what you are talking about, so this is not beginner friendly! What set is for which class and even more important, where do you get the material from which are needed to craft or exchange gear?
He has other videos for that besides this is for players that want to enter endgame i.e. ultra hard difficulty it's not really for baseline new players.

You can think of PSO2 as a game where augs are class specific, but weapons/units are not. (A few unit exceptions that certain pieces are better bonus for certain weapon classes).
But augs in themselves is something I still have trouble with even after 6 months. Definitely not beginner friendly.
No I am level 60 in episode 6 getting one shot by everything and I don't understand why and nothing on the internet is helping me. Neither does this.
