Honestly, this does give me hope of seeing FM kits of Gaia, Chaos and Abyss Gundams. Gaia is my holy grail of GSD and keeping my fingers crossed for an Astray Out Frame, CGUE and GUAIz too.
I was never a fan of the Raider either but the redesigned calves and feet are so sexy and visually appealing to me. The transformation looks stable and functional, I love bulky aesthetics and they resemble those of the MG Providence too. Love hammers/maces too. This kit hits all the right notes for me but my problem is the price; especially after markup. I'll get it if I can find a good discount.
@@vancyhobbies it’s an easy mistake to make! Since the Forbidden uses the 200 series frame which utilises Mirage Colloid gas like the Blitz Gundam, and the Raider uses the 300 series frame which is the transformable frame like the Aegis Gundam.
@@vancyhobbies yea bro same! Also the Forbidden is one of my Top5 favourite mobile suits. I got a resin conversion kit of it in 1/100 scale acouple years back.

Yes and yes I want them all! Gaia has always been a favorite of mine as well, the design is so similar to a zoid so I get best of both anime series.

Ya these price increase for newer kits are getting crazy, I remember when mastergrades used to be 50$.
@@vancyhobbies Yeah, these two SEED FM kits are more expensive than the MG Barbatos despite cutting corners because the branding. It's not right.
Technically the Forbidden has a 2nd form when it switches to high speed attack mode(when the back pack flips over onto its head)
