It's hard to know how to best treat both acne (on combo/oily skin) and dark spots/scars, and how to correctly layer the products or ingredients like Adapalene, vitamin c, niacinamide, azelaic acid, tyroseinase inhibitors, especially if using products that have a combination of ingredients. Can you please review the brands: Transparent lab Regimen lab skincare Faded topicals All these brands have a product for hyperpigmentation with more than one tyrosinase inhibitor to work within multiple pathways and are all NAFE safe but I am confused on the order of the ingredients compared to what the company states are the percentages particularly for the transparent lab PIH and PIE serum and would love to hear your opinion overall. Warning to all of you? NEVER ORDER IN STORE FROM ULTA BEAUTY. I am personally NEVER shopping at Ulta Beauty again. *Here is the reason for both of these statements and EXACTLY why you should care:* I went to Ultabeauty, they had 3 products but only had two for in store order. Okay, no problem. A month passes and I'm wondering where my shit is. So, I go to the store and they tell me I need to call corporate because there is quite literally NOTHING they can do. I also needed another product shipped that they didn't have and was NOT gonna shop on Amazon anymore. (at the time.) So, I shipped another one. I want to point out? The ladies at the store were SUPER nice and friendly to me. I call corporate, they say they sent me another one, problem solved right? Another month goes by so I call corporate again. So I find out they not only have my name wrong (which should have NOTHING to do with my order not making it to my address). But, after 2 hours of rudeness, tone policing , disrespect and the final lady being unable to answer a basic question as to where my second product is without talking in circles and trying to confuse me. . . . I got a refund for ONE of the products , and for the OTHER one they couldn't ship it to me because I needed to go to the store to change my address? And they couldn't refund me either??? Then I'm checking my bank for that refund they said happened? It NEVER came. 3 hours of frustration. Four phone calls. Four rude and incompetent employees. Two nonrefunded orders that NEVER came to my house. Going to and from the store twice to find out where my shit is. In a post Amazon world? I also found out that for SOME reason, ultabeauty the website's hotline has NO ability to help you with the shit you order in store???? Who CAME UP WITH THIS. Order from Ultabeauty at your own risk. Support the store if you want? I'm staying the FUCK away, they had their chance. I'm going back to amazon, fuck ulta beauty. Dr V I would like you to do a video on the beauty salons who's always marketing that they're dermalogica approved beautician. Mostly they are Asians and skin of colour family. The facials are charged between £40-£60 and I don't understand how people think it is worth it. I also did it before a wedding and got the hotspots and made my face worse than before. Watched your video on it and found out that it's not approved by you. Since then not done the facial and been very cautioned of what I use and always check whether it's approved by you. Warning to all of you? NEVER ORDER IN STORE FROM ULTA BEAUTY.
I am personally NEVER shopping at Ulta Beauty again.
*Here is the reason for both of these statements and EXACTLY why you should care:*
I went to Ultabeauty, they had 3 products but only had two for in store order. Okay, no problem. A month passes and I'm wondering where my shit is.
So, I go to the store and they tell me I need to call corporate because there is quite literally NOTHING they can do.
I also needed another product shipped that they didn't have and was NOT gonna shop on Amazon anymore. (at the time.) So, I shipped another one.
I want to point out? The ladies at the store were SUPER nice and friendly to me.
I call corporate, they say they sent me another one, problem solved right?
Another month goes by so I call corporate again.
So I find out they not only have my name wrong (which should have NOTHING to do with my order not making it to my address). But, after 2 hours of rudeness, tone policing , disrespect and the final lady being unable to answer a basic question as to where my second product is without talking in circles and trying to confuse me. . . . I got a refund for ONE of the products , and for the OTHER one they couldn't ship it to me because I needed to go to the store to change my address? And they couldn't refund me either???
Then I'm checking my bank for that refund they said happened? It NEVER came.
3 hours of frustration.
Four phone calls.
Four rude and incompetent employees.
Two nonrefunded orders that NEVER came to my house.
Going to and from the store twice to find out where my shit is.
In a post Amazon world?
I also found out that for SOME reason, ultabeauty the website's hotline has NO ability to help you with the shit you order in store???? Who CAME UP WITH THIS.

I'm going back to amazon, fuck ulta beauty.
Ladies in store are magnificent, corproation has some uppity ass outsourced people who have the audacity to talk to the customer however they please and tell the customer to watch their tone and THEN hang up on them?!!?

Dr V I would like you to do a video on the beauty salons who's always marketing that they're dermalogica approved beautician. Mostly they are Asians and skin of colour family. The facials are charged between £40-£60 and I don't understand how people think it is worth it. I also did it before a wedding and got the hotspots and made my face worse than before. Watched your video on it and found out that it's not approved by you. Since then not done the facial and been very cautioned of what I use and always check whether it's approved by you. And guess what! My daughters always ask me first if they want to buy anything( Mum is this recommended by Dr V 😊)

I checked out many cleansing balms including K beauty ones, they all seem to have essential oils and/ or fragrances in them. However one question, if essential oils/fragrances are in cleansers/cleansing balms are they still not good? Won't they get washed off anyways? Similarly why do we have to look for actives like Niacinamide in them when they are going to be washed off?
