This was me, Ill say that the coaching was great, coming in i thought i would play far different than i normally did however i stuck to my usual habits instead of tryharding super hard. the feedback during and after the session are both helpful, I have been struggling to put into play some of the tips, however majority of the feedback given has helped me a great amount. 10/10 i would reccomend everyone try a session, i think the higher tiers are worth it because i had alot of gameplay issues that i need wor on that i was unable to do in the amounted time. Goodluck to everyone!
i personally think it's smart for a new players to start out with the lower coaching session you did. i say this because you will only be able to utilize/remember so much information when being new to the game. When you get more experience definitely get that tier 2 and 3 coaching session i have over 2500 hours and still learn new tactics to use. Hope you enjoy the ups and downs of tarkov XD
another thing to do at least if yk they have a mosin , swing em like he said in the vid yk he has to rechamber a round i’d say the only reason you died was you hit that corner too slow
legit 150 hours in to tark and I've been spamming your videos since the start as I love the aggressive playstyle and it's helped a lot, fragging out all the time now, thanks g
You're a really good coach/teacher man. I find in many things I could teach people that, I just cant explain the nuances of certain tasks but you are able to put in examples and explanations that really show how you are analyzing these situations on the fly. That takes skill from all angles. Being able to actually know enough info/map knowledge/game sense to be able to break it down and explain how to adapt to different scenarios and then just being able to explain that and help people understand from your POV. That's a great skill man to have in general, you are absolutely helping people with this skill set and that's awesome. I will absolutely be purchasing some sessions once I understand more of the nuances of this game. In the meantime, thank you for giving back to the community!
I will say I think playing arena has solved some of this issue for me. As a newer tarkov player I just didn’t have the experience of fighting I raid. I’ve been playing a fair amount of the free for all mode to get into as many gunfights as possible. I’ve noticed that I’m winning a lot more fights in tarkov because it feels more natural and I find that I have less moments of anxiety and I trust my shots a lot more. My positioning, concealment, and shot placement have also improved. Overall I think arena is a good tool to give your brain something to default when you get into a fight and it’s less anxiety inducing.
Just found your channel man, tarkov vet here. I got over 2500 hours in and 5 wipes under the belt and even I enjoy watching these videos, super helpful and a great way to look at other peoples perspectives!
Great info and what a great idea you have, coaching the way you do. For his last corner, we call it "pie the corner" which allows you to do the exact thing you were talking about. Clear the door, then clear the far hallway and then clear the near corner. You are clearing it like a piece of pie. Your videos are fantastic.
One of the best tips I can ever give to someone that I notice 90% of players don't do is canceling their heal once their limb goes green. A lot of people do the full animation. Shaving off a couple seconds each heal can greatly change the pace of a fight, especially if the enemy does not utilize this, you can reset and push and/or reposition at a faster rate than the people you are engaging with.
I was told a very valuable lesson when i first started tarkov when clearing angles. Imagine a Pizza with 8 slices you wouldnt eat the whole pizza at once, you would eat it slice by slice. so when checking angles, go slice by slice \|/ /|\
18:26 I was waiting for this part. What he said about getting tunnel visioned really stuck out to me here because he has a million ways he couldve approached L. Couldve ran down stairs and jumped out the window to hit the fire escape on the other side, couldve ran up to third jumped off roof onto the fence and approached that way, couldve ran down to first floor L and jumped out the window of that 1 room idk what number. I wouldnt have shot out L window on first personally cause he has an angle on you running around the fence and its WAY louder but map knowledge like this seriously wins fights. If he approaches L from the other side quickly odds are mosin man wont react fast enough, and he also is pushing a right hand. In this instance he pushed a funnel of death and left peaks a mosin. Thats how you learn though. Nades are very big as well, I feel like a lot of people sort of only throw nades that they think might net them a kill, when the reality of it is you can take space with them. Chuck a nade into L, and push with it. Dont blow yourself up obviously but that nade will make mosin man rethink the angle he's holding which gives you those 3 or 4 seconds you need to push up and slap him. I gotta admit though, the push is all around shitty. I despise trying to take L from this angle its just super dangerous, even though it can work when done properly.
i tried coaching some dudes. and they said my aproach was ass... i told em basically. clear each room like it has someone in it. even if u think its not. always anounce where u at. i seen some friendly fire. and it made me sigh over discord way to many times. if out of combat. ammo fire check if u can. dont be dumb and enter the next fight with 3 bullets. its also sometimes better to shoot more than to fall short. stop using 10/20 mags. if u can and have PROP up before a fight. that thing saved me so many times by regen constantly. same with painkiller before a fight. nothing worse than pimp walking out of a fight and taking a nade.
I feel like his push to dorms was not how he normally plays and was done out of character because of what you said. But how to clear dorms, running by utilizing free look instead of standing in the door way were great tips. The reason I'd never do your coaching is because our play styles are different. Completely different. And idk if I'd ever get comfortable pushing every fight I hear. I'm in maps to quest, get some loot, and get out. If I don't fight a single PMC, I'm happy lol. Normally I fight one or two and then can get out, and surprisingly have been winning fights this wipe, but overall great content. Every little tip I learn is more than welcomed.
What if he offered a package where he helped coach you in your looting and questing? Things like pathing, little things you do for efficiency, etc. Would that be worth it for you?
Wonder if it's worth just hoping into an offline raid, going into the same position and kinda showing what and how you would do the things compared to the person you're coaching. Because sometimes I feel like a lot of players will get the idea, but won't be able to execute it properly in the real game.
LMFAO that instant prone drop at the beginning xD Anyway, you could also tell the guy not to use that shitty red dot sight. A Cobra sight is 10 times better because it doesn't wobble at all, and costs nothing.
i fucking get wacked SO many times from dude holding that elbow on 2nd, my only hope are the desynch gods to choose me and not him when i sprint in the room
I need to invest in his coaching, im new to pc and I’ve dropped maybe 400 hrs starting June this year. Level 38 but i struggle with pvp, i find it hard to evaluate when to load mags and how to peek. My anxiety sky rockets when I’m in a fight lol
You just take routes that are less congested. Besides, most people on shoreline go to resort or do questing. So if you stick to certain routes u wont have a problem. on customs on the other hand, you also have the option to make yourself less vulnerable, so why not do it
@@PlainzZz On custom I get it. You avoid certain areas and the ones you might fight, it's more managable. On Shoreline on the other hand it all feels more terrifying. For instance, if you have to go to the pier, you need first to clean that camping spot on the left side of the burning gas station. And if you spawn on the other side, you need to cross the power stationg bridge. And this is just a no-no. The changes of getting head shot are huge!

Stop justifying your shortfalls and start progressing towards being a better version of yourself.

Yeah if you’re in a building and the dude who shooting you ain’t moving pushing is sooo risky after killing the guy in the stairs I would’ve pushed up the stairs cuz I know the dude is just peaking waiting for me to pull up. Only way I’d push that is if I had grenades

Literally no point looting if it's not important enough to pickup again.. you just wasted time and it means if you know the spawns, players might be further ahead than where you'd expect them 2) Do you need to kill PMCs, are you on a quest or something? In my view you're either in a raid to PvP or you're looting, more critical early wipe for sure. 3) The fight near smugglers is either moving towards dorms or going to big red, you were further ahead and could have cut them off if you wanted a fight and had the fight on your terms.
