Ingredients for Matar Chole for Kulcha
सूखे मटर - Dry Peas - 1 Cup (200 grams)
नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp
बेकिंग सोडा - Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
जीरा पाउडर - Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
चाट मसाला - Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
धनिया पाउडर - Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
काला नमक - Black Salt - 3/4 tsp
लाल मिर्च - Red Chilli - 1/2 tsp
काली मिर्च - Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
अमचूर पाउडर - Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 tsp
नींबू - Lemon - 1 no
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
अदरक - Ginger - 1 inch, finely chopped
टमाटर - Tomato - 2, finely chopped
हरा धनिया - Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
हरे धनिये की चटनी - Coriander Chutney - 2 tbsp
